This is a fantastic hotel. The hotel pool and restaurant are amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, with nice views. The only hitch is that you need to take a shuttle (or walk 10 min) to Palm Beach. But my family likes to walk - that was not an issue to us. We will be back - great hotel !

Check in was quick and flawless. You get a welcome drink upon arrival which is really good. Staff were amazing. Jose the bellman was very nice. Lavardo was extremely nice and helpful. Esther was very nice and helpful with booking tours. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping area. Literally 5-10min walk and if you enjoy scooters you can ride one of them too. I would stay here again.

25th Wedding Anniversary 5 Day Trip
We had an excellent time on this property. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when we had questions. Breakfast was included which was awesome. There’s a free shuttle to Palm beach but also a quick walk if you desire. One day we decided to have a meal at the bar and met Miguel. He was so nice and friendly that we had the rest of our lunch/dinner meals with him. Jose was also super nice and helpful throughout our stay helped us secure a taxi to the airport rather quickly. Lastly, the woman from the Treasure Cove was very nice and helpful as my husband forgot to bring swim trunks and rash guard on the trip and she helped us with selection. In conclusion, we had a wonderful couples trip and would love to return 😎.

The hotel is nice and pool as well. Breakfast was included and good. Beach was good enough just wished the hotel had umbrellas on the beach. Now we all had to stick close together under a tree… the rooms are cleaned every day and staff is friendly .

I didn’t enjoy my stay because the staff were rude, especially a older lady that sits at the desk for the excursions. She has a nasty attitude like she is doing you a favor and that you are bothering her. She was on her phone alot. Also some of the front desk don’t know what they are doing, they don’t give you any information about the property amenities or services they offer. I lugged my own bags to my room and my room was very small, with mo balcony and the windows were sealed shut.

Very nice boutique hotel with great outdoor area with large, beautiful pool with swim up bar, another outdoor bar and dining. The restaurant Allegra was great and the included breakfast buffet awesome. The rooms are nice though a little smallish. The only downside it does not have direct beach access, but a 2 min shuttle they provide will take you to the beach. Great alternative to the large high-rise hotels.

The staff is very friendly. The premises are clean and landscaped nicely. The breakfast buffet was included in the price and was good! I recommend staying here!
