This hotel was very nice and up-to-date, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The only downfall was breakfast there was limited seating and limited food, but overall it was a good stay.

Hilton’s pay attention!
Bathroom floor dirty, and some yellow funk on the bathroom wall. Coffee pot had no holder to hold the coffee pods. I switched bed from King to 2 queen beds 2 weeks prior, yet we were assigned a room with King bed. Also not a trash liner in any trash cans in the room. No gift provided at check in, not even offered. $40.00 tax to stay in room 2 nights. Signs at breakfast bar stating gratuities accepted! I made at least 5 trips to front desk when we registered.

I am a Hilton rewards Member and I have stayed in many home 2 suites hotels due to the fact that it accommodates 5 to 6 people. However, when the accommodation is for five adults, the hotel should be prepared with extra pillows towels, toilet paper, etc. and I had to request these things several times. In addition, our rooms were not clean on a daily basis. I had to also request for the rooms to be serviced, especially when staying for 4 nights. This was a Thanksgiving week Thursday morning. There was nothing special for the customers, and it was chaotic and ran out of food. This is poor management.

My room was dirty upon checking in. Leftover hair in the shower. No trash bag in the bathroom container. Body wash dispenser in shower was empty. Stains on 2 pillows, stain on sofa in sitting area, tv stand and tv remote felt sticky, desk area felt sticky, glass cups in pantry didn’t smell or look cleaned at all. Microwave had leftover food crumbs inside. Overall the room didn’t feel clean and sanitized AT ALL. Very disappointed
