My room was dirty upon checking in. Leftover hair in the shower. No trash bag in the bathroom container. Body wash dispenser in shower was empty. Stains on 2 pillows, stain on sofa in sitting area, tv stand and tv remote felt sticky, desk area felt sticky, glass cups in pantry didn’t smell or look cleaned at all. Microwave had leftover food crumbs inside. Overall the room didn’t feel clean and sanitized AT ALL. Very disappointed

I cannot say enough good things about the team members here, Rishard at the desk and Katherine who helped with breakfast were wonderful humans. Everyone else we encountered was quick with a hello as well. Comfortable, clean rooms. Super close to airport and freeways.

Only negative we experienced was availability of laundry soap- said they had been out for several days - also seemed to run out of several types of soda in the fridge and after several days was still not replenished.

It’s what you’d expect. Clean safe and in a great location to City Place and Clamatis. Our stay was ruined by house keeping. Check out is 12, we were out late and sleeping well. At 0930 housekeeping bangs loudly on our door. I answer and she asks are you staying or checking out? Really! Number 1 they should know that! Number 2 at least wait until checkout! Then we try to eat and all the hot food is empty, we have coffee and 1/2 hour later the food hasn’t been replaced. I asked to speak with a manager about house keeping and there is no manager. I get the housekeeping manager who says, huh not sure why she would do that. No offer to make anything right. I’m a Hilton Honors member too. Never again, I will stay at an IGH property next time!!

The drink selections were limited only offering bottle water, coke cola, and energy drinks. Also the shuttle from the airport was a no go, the driver called out. The staff Sandy said i was receive a refund for my lyft after submitting my receipt to the email address provided. Haven't heard anything as of yet.
