The house was amazing so perfect for our group. The size the rooms the pool table the pool and the outside castita and BBQ area were fantastic. We were disappointed that the hot tub heating system did not work as it was a huge feature that we were looking for. Although we were refunded for the heating cost it didnt make up for the inability to use the hot tub. Everything else was spectacular.

pictures are deceiving

The location was not what we expected as the distances were to great to walk anywhere, and it was located in the middle of nowhere. Upon arrival we had to get the cleaners back to clean the outside deck area . The pool/ hot tub heating system was a nightmare. We did not realize that we would have to be responsible for figuring it out ourselves. Over time we eventually figured it out after many visits from the pool guy. Unfortunately our young grandchildren experienced the cool water even though we paid extra for heated pool. We understood from the house owners partner that our rental was the first long term rental they have experienced. She was kind enough to drop off a few supplies that were missed in the house. The house did not seem well equipped for a long term rental for a family but more for a weekend golf get away or stag party. This certainly felt like a rental property rather than a home someone lived in and took good care of. It ruined our taste for VRBO's in the future .

Lots of space

Very nice property and good pool/hot tub/patio area. Home is decently organized and very spacious. Home interior walls could use some refreshing (paint). Hooks on the patio to hang towels and wet items would be nice. A few minor items were attended to quick by the owner.

Wonderful getaway

Everything about our stay was an A experience! Communication from the time of booking to the day we left was immaculate. Everything was very presented the way it was portrayed on the listing. Host did update and there ARE tvs in almost all rooms, there IS enough plates and utensils and the generously provide dishwasher/laundry detergent to make cleaning and reusing simple. We will definitely look at booking this property in the future when planning another desert escape!

Nice getaway

We needed a place near our family in Indian Wells. This place had enough space, was close enough, and had a pool/hot tub which we wanted. Pros: -Attentive owners checked in on us and responded quickly to questions. -Large place with plenty of space and stocked kitchen -Nice touches like pool towels available and handy - Seperate casita gave space for our adult son to stay -nice big washer/drier and plenty of detergent Cons: -Main TV is streaming only so we couldn’t watch some sports games we would have liked to -pillows and towels were very basic, for the price and type of house expected a bit more luxurious, same observation for type and condition of furniture/decor Overall a very nice stay.

Tranquil and clean

Quiet neighborhood in convenient location for El Paseo and Indian Wells Tennis. Property. Is clean and has all amenities for families and adult groups. Attentive management. Highly recommend.

CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY!

What a fabulous property! The home itself is immaculate. The location is ideal. It has a super layout, especially if you are traveling with other couples/children. Couldn't have asked for more. Most importantly, Gloria is a tremendous host- always there should you need anything at all. The home is nicer in person vs. the photos. We will definitely be back! Can't wait.

Disappointing upon arrival

We arrived to a dirty home that had not been cleaned after the last guest's stay. The property manager immediately tried to get cleaners in and the place was finally cleaned 31/2 hours after our arrival. We then had to contact her for many oversights, not sufficient supplies -ie toilet paper , no shampoo. She was effective at rectifying the oversights but these were items that should always be stocked and available. There were no thoughtful extras like at many vrbo properties I have stayed in in the past , ie salt and pepper , oil . Glassware and china were either chipped or in short supply .. no plastic wine glasses for around the pool . In the end we enjoyed our stay, however I can't see myself booking this property again.
