Very nice property
The property is a bit dated but very well cared for. The landscaping and buildings are very nice. The unit was very clean. The pool deck could use a bit of a face lift- the desert heat must impact it.

This was our second time staying here. Nice place to stay that is not too far from any where. Right by the Indian Wells Tennis place if that is your thing. Close to a couple grocery stores. Free laundry is a nice plus.

Beautiful well maintained property. The unit was very clean, had a full kitchen and was well stocked with dishes and cooking pans. The pool area was immaculate and had lots of loungers! Would definitely book again!

A Palm Desert Gem
We had a lovely ground flow 1BR unit with a view of the pond and close to the main pool. The manager Greg Pannoni provides a sense of personalized service. The main enhancements that would that would nice to have is improved livin room lighting, adjustable shower head position, and a kitchen sink spray nozzle. Overall a great unit.

It would have been nice to have communication regarding late check in. No one (neither the property or expedia) notified me there is a gate that would be locked or how to get my key/find my unit at 1130 at night. Nor did anyone tell me they would lock you out of room if you didn't check in next day after late check in.
