There is a bathtub, but NO bar soap. I'm not sure how you're supposed to take a bath without standing up a dozen times to pump the soap 3 feet up on the wall. The oatmeal was NOT cooked; looked like dirty water with oats floating in it. The pancake machine was empty and even after telling the front desk, it was never filled. The woman in the breakfast and spoke NO ENGLISH. It was a disgusting breakfast. It seemed like no one cared.

ACs need major servicing
Our room's AC fan was extremely loud. We went to ask to change rooms and the receptionist didnt even have us checked in to the system. When that was sorted out, she swapped us rooms, only to find the new room's AC fan was even worse! Worst, noisiest sleep ever. Not good with a 12hr drive the next morning. We've stayed herr many times with no problems. But with near 100° temps the ACs should be in good working order

room was very noisy from the loud AC and the constant 24 hour traffic of the highway just across the hotel - I got zero sleep Also waited to check in for a while, behind a guest that the hotel desk worker was waiting for Also seemed to be only one luggage cart - we waited but it was never available so we carried all luggage to upper floor

Check in was easy and fast ,I love that this is one of the few hotels that have 3 beds on the same room as a family of 6 I really appreciate that we can all stay in te same room ..everything was clean ,the beds were comfy ,and it doesn’t smell like a cheap hotel 🤭☺️
