Very friendly staff, good service. Surprised that the hotel restaurant was closed all day Monday (checked in on Sunday, never mentioned during check-in). Good location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

Bad service, room being painted as I arrived
When I showed up, they were painting my room. Then when I told him at the front desk, they said that’s impossible. Then they gave me a bigger room that smelt absolutely terrible. I had to sleep in a room that smelled like paint.

1st time in Palm Springs! Bad experience in hotel stay, the room next to us had a loud and long argument at 2am yoi could heat screaming, profanity and loud slamming noises. Cops arrived at the scene , this incident kept us up for hours and we had a long flight to catch the next day. Staff didn’t se to do much .

Wonderful Experience Every Time
We live in Los Angeles and go to Palm Springs often, We stay at the Hotel Zoso for the following reasons: rooms are spacious and renovated, beds are very comfortable, great views. ( Recommend upgrading to the Mountain view, pool front., high floor.) Most importantly, the staff are the best: Christine, Len, Rose, Maggie and the rest of the Valet. Very central location & valet is included in the resort fee with in & out car availability. ( Just tip them! )
