The room carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in sometime and the in-room Keurig did not work. The room decor was very tired. Noise from their night club was apparent in the guest rooms until very late. The kitchen/dining room was closed for a private function, however there was no function. Bottled water that was to be given out at the Front Desk had no bottles available and unfortunately the gift shop and coffee/bakery shops were closed late afternoon. What did make up for all the disappointments were the kind, generous actions of the Night Auditor and the Security person that made me a fresh pot of coffee at 5am! 😁

My room wasn’t available until 4:55 pm. The hot water took 4-5 minutes to get warm. The gym was poorly equipped, and the only treadmill could only go faster, not slower. The music played at the pool all day was too loud. And the bar was almost always closed.

I chose this property because I wanted a location that was close to the Palm Springs attractions. For location this was great! I also chose this property because I did not plan to rent a car, so I wanted a property with an airport shuttle. When I checked out at 8:36am, I asked for the shuttle. Front desk said it only runs every half hour, but she would ask the valet/doorman if he was available to go. She came back and said, he is the only person working, so he was not available until 9:30am. I ordered an Uber and waited 10 minutes for the arrival. During that 10 minutes, the valet/doorman talked on his phone the entire time and it didn’t sound like a business call. It was disappointing! The hotel is an older hotel and is need of a remodel. I will probably stay somewhere else next time I come to Palm Springs!

I love zoso
Hotel Zoso is a great place to stay because it is affordable, every room has a balcony or patio and the location is surrounded by shops , restaurants, museums and bars/nightclubs. I have stayed here several times.

The location was perfect and very walkable to lots of shopping and dining. The hotel general areas and the rooms were very clean. Check in at 4pm, and not a minute before. If you need extra stuff, you will have to go directly to the housekeeping staff, who are friendly and professional, so ignore the texts, "if you need anything, please text us."
