Planned power outage for over 5 hours. Unacceptable this was not disclosed to guests at booking or check in. I need power at night for my breathing machine. I could not stsy there. Numerous inquiries avout a plan or naxk up plan tovstaff were met with shrugs. Considerable effort was made rebooking another hotel that was considetably more than wjat i prepaid seceral months earlier.

Worst Motel Ever! Read the reviews before you stay
This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Big regret not reading the reviews! This is a 3 story motel and the elevator was broken and it looked like it has been broken for a very long time. This place had homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and at least 5 or more people making drug deals and they charge you $5.00 to park, so are these homeless and drug peeps paying the motel so they can hang out. The room was filthy. There was a big clump of hair hanging from the curtain rod, in plain site and hair inside the shower. The headboards had crumbs around them and the floors were filthy with food crumbs, hair and trash. The door was messed up and didn’t close all the way so you could hear everything going on outside. No sleep for us that night. I will make sure nobody I know ever stays here. Oh and whomever owns this place or manager that reads this, do not send a scripted response like I read in every response you made to people who have already complained. I took a few pics but wish I had taken more so no one else gets sucked in to this dive.

Very noisy place.
Location is really good. Room layout is also good & even bathroom was clean. But you can hear noises from room above and from room next to you. We couldn't sleep all night due to constant noise made by guest staying on room above us. We ended up calling front desk at 3 AM but noise did not stop. We booked it because of the location and if you cannot sleep properly then yore next day won't be fun. If you have to stay there, stay on top (3rd) floor that way there will be no one o. Top of your room to make noise.

After arriving tired and a little ill, we had to wait nearly 2 extra hours til our room was ready, no chairs to sit on. No one contacted us as promised when the room was finally ready, so that was more wait time on top. We were informed that we were being rude when in fact we weren't. We asked to be compensated for the upgrade but were denied. The bed mattresses are very saggy and uncomfortable, there are no bags in the dog relief area, there is dog excrement everywhere, and I mean every where, a pit bull not on leash was hanging around. We were charged an exorbitant amount (135.00) for an early booking. The ratevof the day was. $90. We were checking the app while we waited for our room to be cleaned, and it waa $90. Why get penalized for an early booking? But overall the place is just really dirty, and there were homeless people on every corner. We've stayed in other Motel 6's and had a very nice time there. Any ways, the fridge and microwave worked fine,and are a good size, This place is a dump and I would never recommend it to anyone for any reason.
