The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Great staff and wonderful property. It offered a decent breakfast and outdoor pool. It was so hot when I was there that the pool was a welcomed amenity.

Did an early check in, got some sleep and enjoyed the free breakfast. 1230 comes around and I get a cap from the front desk asking what was going on, that they had been waiting since 11 &for me to vacate the room. I'm immediately confused because when checked in, I had discussed extending an extra day ahead of time with the agent at the desk. Apparently there was no note of this for the morning shift to follpw up on and Itwas now a hour and a half past check out time. The manager was Instantly aggressive with me in ordering me to leave before she calls the police etc. I asked if I could phone the other party in my room to discuss an pine reservation being made and I was given "5 minutes or I wasn't going to be able to rent there again. Not even 3 minutes later the mNager or agent is calling the room and telling me I have to go because nothing had popped up in their computers yet. 5 minutes after that an engineer is pounding on my door, opens it so hard and fasr he nearly breaks the hotel room door lock off of the door. I let him in and he tells me that I have to go now and proceed to Tyrone me while I'm packing all my stuff as well as everybody else is who wasn't in the room at the time. Instead of the front desk you're changing to help me secure another night after establishment, they were slowly focused on making me leave. It was sort of unbelievable. We had even just paid a $75 pet fee not even 12 hours prior to that. Very disappointed. Won't Be coming back

A little off the mark
There were 2 reddish stains on the bedroom carpet. Looked like possible hair dye. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable due to the amount of use it has gotten. Other than that I would certainly not hesitate to go back. As a matter of face I already have my NYE reservations made.

We love staying here during the summer, WISH MANAGEMENT Would consider keeping the pool open until Midnight.. It’s still hot and they close at 10pm while families are still having fun..

Very nice clean and comfortable. Free breakfast which was very good and Wednesday was social night and they had complimary soups and salad with other snacks . Very welcoming staff. I would definitely stay again or stay at another Homewood Suites by Hiltin
