This home is UNBELIEVABLY GORGEOUS, with a privacy fence, gated parking, a barbecue area, and BREATHTAKING MOUNTAIN VIEWS! You simply DESERVE IT! You will be AMAZED at this home so close to downtown! You will never want to leave this stunning piece of Palm Springs!

You will also have your very own remote control gate to park your car next to your home behind a self-closing gate. You are welcome to invite friends over for a small party or cookout on your grill. All the kitchen utensils are provided. You just bring the food and start grilling!

The home is FULL of TECHNOLOGY from Alexa to a Nest thermostat and even control the temperature of the spa directly from a wireless tablet in the home!

The home has an amazing ambiance overlooking a heated pool and spa.

The home has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and bamboo pillows. It also has a couch in the same room that could be used for a child or an adult. The home is full of beautiful MODERN furniture to give you the true Palm Springs Experience. The Dream Home is surrounded by a privacy fence which gives you complete privacy during your stay!

**Pool heating is charged from Oct 15, November - December - January - February - March - April, and May 30 (see ADDITIONAL RULES for details). Payment request is sent at least 2 weeks in advance.

POOL HEAT FEES
There is a $60 per day pool charge for the following months;
(Oct 15 - November - December - January - February - March-April-May 15) to 83 degrees the following fee will be applied;
* Pool Heat Charges are tracked by the Pentair Software program during your stay.
* Pool heat invoice charges will be emailed the week before check-in.
* Payment must be made before check-in.

We can't rave about this enough. We were personally greeted when we arrived and the place is FABULOUS!! Very fun and functional decor and finishes, loved the pool and jacuzzi and used both every day. Extremely comfortable, had absolutely everything, conveniently located and an unbelievable host and property manager who were totally available if need be. Truly a magical experience.
We loved our stay. The fact that we could bring our dog was the icing on the cake. Check in was easy and it was great to meet Antonio and get aquatinted to the house. This place is worth every penny. Location was great for a few Uber rides to some restaurants and attractions. We loved the decor and fun books/magazines about Palm Springs. We will definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time and loved be able to relax at the pool and chill all day. It was just what the Dr ordered! My only complaint would be the water pressure in the Shower. It barely got the soap off. Would recommend new shower head?? But will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Palm Springs! Wonderful quiet little rental! Loved our stay!!

There is a Reason it’s Called the Dream Home!!!
Our hosts Steve and Eddie could not have been nicer. Their communication was excellent right from the start and continued through out our stay. The property is amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub every day. There was nothing missing. Oh but maybe a martini shaker filled in the fridge to go with the two martini glasses that greeted us. Lol. Our puppy Miss Lucy felt right at home loving the cool floors. She was with her daddies!!!

This place is BEAUTIFUL. I was so incredibly impressed with the amount of detail that went into designing and decorating this property. The private pool & spa area is equipped with everything you need for a day in the sun. I found the neighborhood to be interesting - it was fun to look at all the different modern homes when I walked my dog. Only a mile from the main strip in Palm Springs, I felt the location was very accessible and they provide super cute bikes. I will be back!

Huge thanks to Hennigan for an absolutely wonderful week at the Dream House! From the private gated parking to the soothing hot tub, my wife and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our 20th anniversary. Hennigan met us out front and walked us through the property, answered our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed, including recommendations for great places to grab a bite or a drink. Have stayed here once before. Unit is great for two people. Great pool and hot tub. Steven has continually updated the unit with a new bath this time. The only downside is that the location is not a great walking neighborhood and the parking is very tight.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our host was amazing, quick to respond, but the city of Palm Springs is very strict be prepared to have to keep noise very low. Not even music is allowed. Not a party house, more of a weekend getaway for two. Do recommend but be prepared
