The hotel was nice. However I called the property early in the day to let them know I’d be checking in after 3pm. The person who picked up was kinda rude about it while I explained my situation. They told me I’d have until 11 to check in. Later on around 7 I received a texted stating that check in time needed to happen before the 10 pm. I book a room that said Mountain View once I got there, there was no view of the mountain, no WiFi, & no tv. The room overall was nice but super small. Would I go there again? No. Would I recommend? No

The staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay! We felt very welcomed once we arrived. Front desk staff is amazing along with housekeeping. Very quiet and cool boutique hotel. My kids loved staying here and requested to stay again in the near future. Can’t wait to come back and R&R

Its very hidden from the public. Feels like a vip event. Perfect for couples. Room was so comfortable we just couldn't wake up a/c Perfect. Pool looks great 24hrs pool amazing. No complaints

We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back! The pool and jacuzzi are open 24 hours. There are restaurants and other attractions within walking distance. The staff, specifically Joe, was beyond helpful and we loved our room. Again, we will definitely be back.

It’s a 15 room quaint hotel. It’s very clean and clean and comfortable. You need a car to get to restaurants and sightseeing. Definitely parking is an issue. I desert Regional Medical Center is very close by, which for us was a big plus.

Rude employee & cockroach
DON’T ask if you can check in early (see if your room is available). At this hotel, there ARE stupid questions and that is one of them. I don’t mind being told that the room is not available, but to feel insulted for asking the question was uncomfortable. PLEASE, don’t show up here until after their very strict check-in time of 4:00 pm. The pool atmosphere is nice. The property is on the main street so you can hear cars go by while in the pool. The hotel has 15 rooms & not enough parking spots so you might have to park on the street. While coming out of the shower, there was a ginormous cockroach crawling on the sink with my bathroom items (toothbrush). It was shocking!! I was grossed out all night (afraid there were others). PLEASE, make sure you check out by 11:00 am or you will be charged $300. Also, don’t lose the key, that is another $250. They don’t mess around. I’m sharing my experience because the rude employee didn’t ask anything about my stay (didn’t care) when checking out. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Check in and check out was simple. Staff was very friendly. I would come back again in the future. AC in the main room leaked water, so I didn’t use it. Otherwise no issues! I also enjoyed walking into town; I believe it was five miles total.
