Sparkling clean with the most comfortable beds!
Friendly staff and dog friendly with lovely property and large property. Love that they are helping to find new homes for dogs and will let you take the dog for a walk on the property to get to know him if you are looking to adopt a pet.

Coleman was perhaps the best check in staff member I’ve ever encountered at a resort. As a world traveller for over 20 years I was so impressed by his above-and-beyond effort, big heart and sincere caring for guests’ experience. Other staff were also very generous and gracious like Coleman to give us a very heart warming welcome. Truly unexpected

Contrary to Expedia’s statement “no surprises “ there was a lengthy additional bill for items which were not “incidental/room charges”. Items included “resort fee”, occupancy tax, parking fee, parking tax, all of which would be considered baseline fees applicable to all guests. I was refunded $100 of the $120 total after I expressed my displeasure.

We enjoyed our stay- lots to do onsite, but i wish we had known more about some of the offerings (kids club, friday night food and entertainment) especially for kids as we found out what we missed when we were checking out. And on Friday night there was not a single working hot tub.

A Resort in Decline
This resort is in disrepair. We saw broken tile at the pool, lights hanging out of the ceiling room of our room, a broken sink, a broken shower drain, a patio table outside covered in bird droppings, trash on the property, landscaped shrubs pulling away from the side of a building, an unclean adult pool, and many other small things that signal the property is either understaffed or has trouble with management and facility care. The menus are out of date, and the television services were limited and buggy. Service was fine–everyone was friendly and competent. Food was not spectacular, especially for the price, but it was fine overall. We did not bring our child with us on this trip, but the property is good for kids and the water slides and arcade were kept up a little better than some of the other areas. The arcade is also where they have the free happy hour, so it gets a little boisterous with adults clamoring for their "free" Bud Lights and Charles Shaw (equivalent) wine. If the price of the stay entices you, go now versus later; I have a feeling it is not going to get better over time. It is a budget resort experience that mostly is fine, but if you want a true resort experience, this will probably feel shabby.
