Overall this was a very disappointing holiday. I was in room 423. There was no window in the bedroom. The sofa was very uncomfortable. There is no privacy between the balconies and on right side of the balcony there was a wall. Also, through no fault of the hotel, there are 3 5-a-side football pitches and with the exception of one day of our holiday games started at 5 o/clock and went on until after10.30 every evening. When we go on holiday we like to sit on the balcony and read. Due to the lack of privacy from the adjacent balconies and the noise from the football pitches we had no choice but to sit in the room with the door closed. I would not book this hotel again.

Nice large apartments with cooking facilities, but I hugely recommended buying half board as the food is delicious and holidays are for relaxing. We had sea view, under a minute from the beach.

The trip was a gift to to of our grandchildren. The location, accommodation, service and morning food was all that we desired for our days in Mallorca. Our grandchildren's eyes were positively starry. We were all more than just satisfied.

Stayed in room 509, junior suite with ocean view. Excellent view! Room according to description. Clean and well maintained. No surprises, good or bad. Would have appreciated allergy information at breakfast. Typical tourist Mallorca location, a short bus trip or walk to more charming surroundings.

Great stay in a family-friendly hotel at the beach
The hotel was really nice and clean. The room was comfy and well equipped, especially mentioning the lovely decorated/renovated bathroom. Cleaning everyday was super nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious with wide varieties. Minus side was that the pool area was a bit small for a big hotel. The sun beds were reserved with towels already in the early morning, before people actually came to the pool. Of course this is unfortunately quite common in many hotels.
