Perfect location to access all the great restaurants in Ca’n Pastilla. Right across the street from the beach, and just a short walk from more. Great rooftop pool.

Hotel was clean but we had a few disappointments. Unable to book early breakfast the night before as we had an early flight. Told we had left it too late!! We asked for advice on where to eat on our first night for dinner and the restaurant that was recommended was the worst meal we had all the time we were in Mallorca. Disgusting and expensive Paella. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was average. Staff on the whole very nice and helpful. Best thing about this hotel is it's close proximity to the airport and view from bedrooms. Rooms clean but compact.

Hotel was right on the waterfront about 8 mins by taxi from airport. Very quiet though despite its proximity to the airport. Hotel spotlessly clean with friendly, helpful staff. Hotel restaurant served fresh tasty food although a good range of other places to eat at all price points were around the area. Hotel is a bus ride away from Palma costing 2euros pp. 20euros if you go by taxi. Small wellness centre and gym in basement and a pool on rooftop with a good amount of day beds and sunloungers. We stayed a week out from hotel closing for the season so staff and facilities were winding down and the restaurant did not always have the full menu available plus the main restaurant closed for evening dinner and those that were on half board like us had to eat in the small bar area which had no atmosphere. Overall a fantastic boutique hotel.

We booked 3 sea view rooms for our family holiday in October. The staff were friendly, accommodating and really personable. Loved our stay here. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Near the airport. Great cycle path into Palma. Staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. The bar/snack food was excellent & reasonably priced. The rooms had everything needed. Tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, bottled water daily. Only negative was the room doors were very heavy to open.

BQ Is located in a desirable beach resort area. There are numerous restaurants and tourist shopping right outside of the hotel on a big water front stretch. We opted to stay in a resort setting to relax after a whirlwind Spain tour. A cab ride to Palma and old city is not much, $15.-$20.00 each way. We loved our Jr. suite room and we highly recommend the breakfast everyday and visiting the rooftop for swimming sunbathing and catching the sunset at night. Mallorca is fabulous, try to get a visit into the mountains as well. Gorgeous village and views!!

We loved our stay here!! Beautiful views, convenient to shops and restaurants (and of course the beach across the street). The rooftop pool was ice cold, but we loved the views up there! Food and drinks were delicious! Loved every minute!

Had the worst experience in my life here. The front desk man was rude and disrespectful when he spoke to my friends and I. He refused to give me his name when I asked for it. He was older, skinny & tall with the glasses. The day was sunday August 25th night shift. We ended up wanting to leave because we no longer wanted to be there where this man had access to our room. He locked us out of our room and withheld our personal belongings. We told him to let us get our stuff and he would not give us new keys until after a full on 20 min argument in front of other guests checking in. When asked to refund us for the room at least he refused. Ended up in the streets of Mallorca at midnight with no place to stay with my two girlfriends. We work at a luxury hotel in California and I’m appalled and disgusted in the way this man treated paying guests.
