After a day of shopping in the city or strolling around the island, the best plan is to relax in the outdoor areas of this beautiful country house and cool off in the private chlorine pool which measures 6.7 x 6.2 metres and has a depth of between 1.6 and 1.8 metres. The poolside sun loungers are perfect for soaking up the sun and the pergola in the garden is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious barbecue in the evening. In addition, the exterior of the house has an outdoor bathroom complete with shower.
The two-storey house offers a simple and classic style. On the ground floor we have the dining room with TV; the spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. On the ground floor you will also find 2 bedrooms (one with twin beds and the other with a double bed). There are also two bathrooms with a shower, and one of them is en suite. On the first floor we have another living room and the rest of the bedrooms, all with a double bed except the last one that has a trundle bed. On this floor we have another two bathrooms with shower, and one of them is en-suite. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, AC in all rooms as well as 2 cots and 2 high chairs.
This beautiful country house is located on the outskirts of Palma, in the residential area of Son Sardina that offers all the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will be able to enjoy the cultural and summer offer of the city of Palma where you'll get by public transport since there are nearby bus stops. Come to the Son Vida Golf Club to spend a different day enjoying your favorite sport. The closest beach is Can Pere Antoni.
