There is roadwork being done in front of the hotel at this time and was a little noisy, but is was a great stay with awesome views! Overall a great stay with friendly staff and breakfast was awesome!

Nice modern clean hotel, in super position. The only thing missing for us was a nice bar for a drink later on, and a restaurant for an evening meal. The bar was situated near the terrace pool, and closed at 9.0. However so long as this isn’t an issue for you, then a very pleasant hotel to stay, with friendly staff

The hotel was very well located overlooking the harbour and just a pleasant 20 minute walk in to Palma city centre. We stayed in a twin room with balcony and had a full sea & harbour view on the fourth floor, despite only paying for a partial sea view. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a large built-in wardrobe and wide-screen TV. The ensuite shower room was also very clean and spacious. The hotel was well equipped with a small swimming pool and hot-tub in a patio area, next to a small terrace with sun loungers overlooking the harbour. The breakfast options on a morning were plentiful and of good quality. The poolside bar also served food and drinks of excellent quality. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Our only criticism of the hotel was of the condition of the reception area, where there were some very worn / tired-looking red leather sofas by the entrance doors that just weren't in keeping with the modern decor found everywhere else in the hotel. The hotel is located along a busy main road and there are roadworks ongoing along the road outside, causing quite a lot of noise for anyone sunbathing on the terrace above. This is unavoidable due to the busy location and no fault of the hotel. Overall we would rate the hotel 8/10 and would definitely consider staying there again, should we ever return to Palma city in future.

A clean modern hotel in a great location. Sadly there are road works all along the road in front (didn’t affect us noise wise), but the view over the marina is still lovely. Friendly helpful reception staff. Nice walk along the front into town. Would stay again.

Lovely clean hotel, in very handy location for walking in to Palma town, Bellver Castle, catching buses to nearby beaches with great a view of the harbour. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was the busy road out the front which was being dug up, so noisy when sitting out on the balcony. You cannot hear this inside when the doors are closed.

This place is waterfront and an easy walk to lots of locations. Friendly staff. The amenities are lacking - instant coffee in the rooms for example and a tiny elevator that only fits 2 people - I used the stairs a lot. It was comfortable and clean just not luxurious at all.

Contemporary ideal hotel
Absolutely satisfied with hotel, booked B&B only. Breakfast buffet was extensive with Continental and English options particularly the freshly made omelettes. We wanted the pool, gym and Jacuzzi as the hotel is on the Marina Waterfront with no beach. Room was contemporary with marina sea view, large balcony, various tea and coffees with kettle. En suite and large Smart tv. Fresh towels daily and beach towels if required. All the staff were sociable and helpful with taxis and other travel advice. Didnt use the gym or snack bar but nice to have. Location across from marina with easy access to bars, restaurants and fifteen minutes walk to Palma centre.

Rooms clean and comfortable….let down by lack of proper restaurant and coffee shop being closed.. Gettting towels from reception for swimming pool was a faff when others checking in /out …..would be better done from bar at swimming pool.
