El Llorenc is in a perfect location for exploring Palma by foot. We loved the spa facilities, rooftop pool and the restaurant. Everything was perfect, but above all the staff were amazing. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at Hotel El Llorenç for 2 nights and received excellent customer service from every staff member we encountered from the moment we walked through the door. Our room wasn’t ready so we went to the beautiful roof top patio for a drink and a bite to eat. We also ate at Dins which was outstanding. It certainly deserves the 5 star rating as a hotel and will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Generally property was very good, there are 2 things I didn’t like, firstly group of Americans on a bachelor party were noisy and secondly some guests were ordering delivered pizza, these two lowered the status of a boutique 5 star hotel

Lovely stay, the hotel is to a high standard both in terms of decoration and service. Nice touches such as providing fresh water and little snacks daily were appreciated. Upscale boutique hotel walkable to old town Palma. Staff was friendly. Nice views from the pool and rooftop bar. Only complaint is the rooms are small. Ours felt like a cruise ship cabin. Be sure to upgrade to a suite if you require more space.
