Fantastic house with private pool and garden very close to Palma de Mallorca and with direct access to the Sierra de Tramuntana road, with capacity for up to 6 people. Ideal for families and/or cyclists. Tourist license number: 8673/2017/ET.

The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 singles), two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the outdoor area of the house, you can relax by the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the garden surrounded by fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, 4 parking spaces in the same building, and a bathroom are right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place with complete tranquility.

Pool towels are not included.

This beautiful estate is located in Establiments, just 5 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca, simply taking a bus (stop 50 meters from the house) you can reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. In fact, it belongs to the municipality of Palma, but it is a very quiet area next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Establiments you will find shops, bars and restaurants very close by.

** The rules in this property are very strict: parties are prohibited and care must be taken with noise, as it is a residential area, if these rules are violated, the entire deposit will be penalized. Tourist tax (€2/adult/day) and Cleaning Fee (€150) to be paid upon arrival. This property is recommended for families or groups who want tranquility, for groups under 30 years of age an additional security deposit of €500 will be required in addition to the normal €500.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, and also keeping the deposit.

Nice house, building sight next door
The house is lovely. Erick & Toni were very quick to respond and help with requests. There were two bottles of water on arrival which was a nice gesture but no basics as salt, pepper etc. Unfortunately the house next door was being totally renovated. Between machines and load musik from early morning until late night 7 days a week it was impossible to sit out side by the pool. Because of this our friends left after one night. Erick kindly offered to repay the tourist tax for them. We spent little time at the house because of the noise. My opinion is that the house should not be rented out until the work next door is finished. Our holiday and our friends holiday were spoilt. Every day was stressful. Erick was polite and friendly all the way but should have given us a part refund as I suggested.
