The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable and in general this was a nice stay. Breakfast was amazing - a lot of selection and good quality. However, we were a bit disappointed by the service. Our arrival was delayed due to travel issues, and when we checked in on a Saturday night, we asked if there was anywhere we might eat. We were told there might be a few taverns, but unlikely to get food. This was not true at all and we used Google to find several open restaurants nearby. Since our luggage had been lost, we asked if there was a power converter we might borrow or purchase. We were told “no” which was stressful since we needed to keep our phones charged to help track our luggage return. Our luggage arrived the following afternoon, but the man in the front desk locked them up and didn’t bother to call the room to let us know that the luggage we had been desperately waiting for had arrived. Very frustrating. I would have definitely recommended this place if the staff had been just a bit more helpful - we can’t be the only travelers who have had to deal with the difficulties of lost luggage in a foreign country.

Excellent stay
Our stay was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful, ample parking at a very moderate cost. Well located with plenty of food options around. Hotel situated in front of Yamaguchi Park which is great for strolls/runs. Also very close to the main college campuses & the best hospitals in Pamplona. Hotel's infrastructure is pretty new (as of july 2024). The lobby bar area has excellent food and service.

Top Hotel
Beautiful contemporary hotel. Super clean the whole place felt like it was brand new. Great location just on the edge of the city centre. Loads of parking available. The staff were amazingly helpful.

Great hotel for our one night stay. The staff were super friendly and let us check in a bit early so we could leave our bags and explore. The walk to the old town was lovely through the citadel and was only about 15 minutes or so. There was easy parking on the street for $4.40 euro or in the hotel for $15 euro. The bed was comfy and despite a lot of noise around the building the sound proofing was great. The bed was comfy albeit we wanted a king size bed and got two twins. Would definitely stay again

L’hôtel est agréablement situé Était dans un très bon état. Nous sommes cependant extrêmement déçu, car nous avions réservé une chambre familiale, et nous avons finalement eu deux chambres qui sont non communicantes. L’hôtel nous a confirmé que les seules chambres familiales qu’ils avaient étaient deux chambres l’une à côté de l’autre mais non communicante. Ce n’est absolument pas ce que nous avions réservé et ne sommes donc extrêmement déçu car nous avons dû partager notre lit avec les enfants qui sont en bas âge

No vuelvo a este hotel jamás.
Cada vez que me he alojado, me han pedido algo distinto. Primero lo de pagar sin ver la habitación, que es como tratar a los clientes con desconfianza por si se marchan sin pagar, como si fueran delincuentes en potencia. Señores, con pedir una tarjeta de crédito basta, porque no saben si va a consumir algo más y cargarlo a la habitación, hasta que finalice la estancia. Esta última vez ha sido tener que rellenar un papel cortado, para poner los datos de la empresa. Vamos a ver, si te estoy entregando una tarjeta con todos los datos correctamente escritos, simplemente los introduces/verificas en el sistema y ya está, como en otros hoteles Pero me pone la excusa que la central lo pide así para luego llevarlos a no sé dónde. Ya di los datos en otra ocasión, así que no tengo por qué rellenar nada, porque ya los tenían en el sistema. Por otro lado, la recepcionista que me atendió al llegar, me permitió hacer el pago a la salida, porque no sabía si ampliaría la estancia. Es de agradecer el trato de esa persona. Del resto, bien. El hotel está cerca del centro de trabajo, pero hay otros en la zona, que reservaré en adelante.
