Overall it was good. The hotel was a bit run down but so are all the other hotels I stayed in Turkey outside of Istanbul. I liked the pool. The area is so hot that it is nice to have a place to cool down.

Perfect for the stop to Canakkale, lower entrance gate is a walkable distance and the pool is perfect for the end of day cool down. Food was good but limited menu.

Great overnight stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely pool and outdoor dining courtyard. Breakfast was the best we’ve seen, so many choices and beautifully presented. Very close to the sights. Nice and quiet too.

THE place to stay in Pamukkale. It is an oasis in a town with many hotels, but few really good options. The courtyard between the Venus Suite Hotel and the Venus Hotel (same ownership) has a refreshing pool, lawn with a few lounge chairs, lush trees and bushes, and a good number of well-spaced tables where you can take breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. This courtyard is simply excellent. Breakfast is quite an assortment. Lunch and dinner menus are good, and they might make something special if you ask. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a Deluxe Double room on the second floor overlooking the courtyard. It had a good amount of space to sit or move about, a large, modern bathroom with a triple shower, and a balcony with chairs and table overlooking the courtyard. Very comfortable and relaxing. The same room on the third floor would have an even better view of the white travertine pools of Pamukkale. (Too far away to see any detail, but you do see them.) The triple room on the second floor that we had for one night was OK, but felt much smaller. We were delighted to move to the deluxe double. Plenty of parking, with about 5 spaces in front of the hotel, and a large parking lot directly across the street. Easy communication. Flexible check-in and check-out if there is a need. It's about 15 minutes to walk north to the main tourist area of town.

Family and friends stayed for two nights. It is a nice hotel in the area, close to Pamukkale lower gate, surroundings are so so. Staff in the reception and restaurant were very helpful and friendly.

Our room overlooked an untidy backyard and we could hear everybody above us showering. Apart from that, breakfast and dinner were decent and the staff were pleasant. It was well located for the terraces - which I should add are neatly all dry currently.

Stay was so-so. I requested for a room on a higher floor - was given one on the second floor but with a palm tree right in front of the balcony - guess it was just my luck. Otherwise the stay was what you would expect of a usual hotel.

The stay was made good with the staff, they very nice people. Helped us with the guide and tour. The room was good but the AC wasnt working well. Food in the restaurant was decent but not great.
