It’s a unique property in terms of construction and design. It has amazing rooftop views and the staff are so friendly and helpful!

Best place in town’ barre none
Great service at front desk. Sanel upgraded us to a larger room. Room was large a quiet. Only hick is the mildew stain in the shower. Breakfast buffet was very large, and varied Location is perfect for visiting the site. Either way we looked around and it the best deal in town

Wonder full service. Includes quick shuttle to top gate at Heliopolis (which is of course why you are here). A little further out of town (but still very easy walk), but extremely modern and clean - a nice change from the traditional pensions we have stayed in) . Breakfast was crazy good - so much variety.

Family trip to Pamukkale, excellent experience with Venus Hotel, the rooms were clean and airy, didn't get to use the pool as the weather was on the cold side, enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Suitable for a self-drive holiday, as there is a large car park in front of the hotel.

The whole place was well designed with a small pool in the court yard/dining area making it a pleasant place to eat. The menu was quite extensive and good value. The service in the restaurant and elsewhere was very good. The breakfast offered a wide range of foods to satisfy most tastes. The hotel was very clean and seemed to have been recently built/refurbished. The rooms were not large but sufficient with great showers and plenty of hot water. It is 6 minute drive to Pamukkale itself - the South Gate entrance, which isn’t well signed, is the best entrance to access the main attractions. . This hotel in October 2024 was great value for us and the opportunity to do a hot air balloon ride through the hotel for far less than €100 is much better value than in Cappadocia.

Nice and clean, excellent customer service, good breakfast, front desk answered all the questions we have. Out Side area/pool area is a good place to relax. We walked to the Town Entrance of Travertines of Pamukkale in the morning. It is about 14 minutes.

All the staff are lovely. Me and my family were at this hotel around 5 days as I was getting married nearby. We had a couple of pool days (pool is freezing) and ate at the restaurant a few times. Delicious food, clean rooms, relaxed atmosphere. Just what we needed. Only critical comments would be that the dog barking woke us up on the last night (room 202) some hooks in room 309 would be useful, and sometimes there was a sewage smell near the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel though. My brother and two children were initially given a very small room as a family room but they upgraded him after he complained. Pammukkale is just round the corner and my room had a great view. Fresh towels for the pool area too were a great touch.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice, breakfast buffet was plentiful and over all it was a nice place. IF you can get over the les than friendly manner in which one is welcomed by front desk and restaurant staff, its good option in Pamukkale.
