It was a great hotel, very beautifully decorated and most importantly the people were lovely and kind and very accommodating. Very close to lost of restaurant and also very close to pammakule. I totally recommend this place.

Estuvimos solo una noche y nos encantó hospedarnos en White Heaven. El personal es muy amable y brinda un excelente servicio, fueron flexibles a nuestras peticiones, como cambiar el desayuno el día de la llegada, antes del check in, ya que en la salida no podríamos tomarlo debido a que teníamos que partir temprano. El hotel está muy bien ambientado. Si tú intención es visitar Las ruinas de Pamukkale y las cascadas de cal, caminando está a 5 minutos.

This is a lovely hotel minutes from the centre of the village. The owners are really friendly and helpful, they made sure everything was perfect. They had helpful information about the pools and hieropalis, this is an absolute gem of a place

Lovely place to stay
This truly was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at …. Not the fanciest or poshest but one where it genuinely felt like nothing was too much trouble. The lady in charge was so warm and kind… offering fruit and water on arrival, coffee after our dinner out ( which we only didn’t have as we don’t drink it late), a fridge magnet gift as we left and even arranged a lift to the south entrance of Pamakkule to make things easier for us. The breakfast was fresh and served to you. The room was large and spacious and all in all we all really enjoyed our stay here. The pool looked good but we didn’t get chance to try it out.

The staff were great, very friendly for example lending us a guide book so we didn't need to buy one, giving recommendations of local restaurants and chasing after us to offer us bottles of chilled water whenever we were going out (which is important as it was very hot when we were there in August - circa 37 degrees every day).

One of the Best Hotel
A very high quality hotel. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean. We stayed with our dog and felt very comfortable. The pool was clean. The refreshments given during the welcome and farewell were very thoughtful gestures. Especially the female officer at the reception was very friendly, smiling and ready to help in any matter. We liked it very much, from the staff to the room. We could easily watch the balloons from the balcony in the morning. Price/performance hotel. We recommend.

The staff, especially the Receptionist, were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We were even taken by car to the entrance to the attraction, as my wife is not able to walk too far; no charge!! Excellent breakfast; very good pool. The only point to make was that the curtain in our suite was broken.

Relaxing day at Pamukkale pools
The hotel is owned by one person and very well Managed. The room was clean, large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very healthy, served at your table, though vegetarian had eggs of your choice. The owner, Mr Ali, was very welcoming and was there to greet us even after 09:30 PM when we checked in. He also arranged for us to be dropped off at the South Gate of the travertine pools and gave us useful tips on ways to navigate the sights there.

Great hotel with AMAZING service
Our stay in Pamukkale was great. This is a really nice place in Turkey and there's a lot to see - you can possibly dedicate 2 days for it - we had only one. But the service we got at the White Heaven hotel was really amazing. The staff was extremely nice to us all the time. If you need a good place to stay in Pamukkale, I highly recommend this hotel.

The most wonderful staff. They were more than accommodating. At every turn you get service. Free refreshing fruit, tea/coffee and water offered whenever a staff member sees you. We felt like royalty.
