Our second stay and won’t be our last.

This was our second stay in this condo. The place is well stocked and beautiful inside. The owner is very accommodating and actually helped us out when we arrived to find the pool was under repair during our stay. Being on the top floor also offers you some incredible sunset views.

Perfect summer vacation!

My husband and our two kids had the best time here. We stayed here the first week in June. The unit was perfect just as described. The views were amazing. Its location was perfect away from some of the crazy traffic but still close enough to everything. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful unit

The unit was spacious and we loved the two beds in the one room for our kids to share. One in our party doesn't like heights but the 23rd floor acclimated quickly. The washing machine and dryer were very quick and we used it several times. The ice maker in the freezer was so nice to have. Unfortunately for us it was double red flags for most of our stay which meant we were on the wrong end of the city for the family friendly attractions. We did learn that St. Andrew State park had single red flag for the jetties and tide pools so there was still ocean to swim in. We text the owner a few times for recommendations with very quick responses. Having a code to get in the door was WAY convenient as we didn't have to keep track of keys and our kids could go up to the room at any time.

Our family was very happy with the unit. It was clean upon arrival and ready for the week. The views from the rooms were great. We were able to see a lot do marine life in the water from the room. Nice accommodations and would recommend to others. We would stay here again in the future.

This trip with my family was amazing. The condo was amazing and the view was breathtaking. It was a very peaceful experience with no issues. The owners communication was flawless. The unit was clean and seemed up to date. The hole process was very simple and without any issues. If we go back to the area this place will be on the top of our stay.

From our lookout on the balcony of the property we were able to see animals in the surf. We saw dolphins, rays, and a sea turtle. Also we saw a bald eagle, pelicans and numerous seagulls. Our stay (last of October) occurred just before a cold weather snap. What a nice way to end the warm season!

Great Condo and Location

I will definitely be staying here again! The condo was beautiful, with plenty of room. The view of the Gulf is breathtaking. After a quick trip to the store, we had everything we needed to make our breakfast and lunch and eat on the balcony each day. The beds were comfortable. We loved having a dedicated parking spot in the garage across from the elevators. I wish the unit had ice cube trays, but there is bagged ice for sale on the first floor.

Family vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of four! The kitchen was full functioning so we did most our eating there. Walmart delivered our groceries to our door! The view was breathtaking we saw so many dolphins and even a sea turtle from our balcony. The beds are very comfortable, the balcony is huge! I loved having a balcony view from the master bedroom. Very family friendly place, we will be coming back!

Nice condo with spacious balcony

My family of four and my parents really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo was perfectly located near Pier Park and most attractions, yet just out of the heavy traffic area. The 23rd floor has an amazing ocean view and the balcony is one of the largest I've seen in most condos. The host, Victoria was very helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. The entire condo was cleaned well, when we arrived and the kitchen was stocked appropriately with cookware and utensils. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and other items, but we purchased some beach gear also. We added it to the collection for the next guests to enjoy, when we left. The only thing I could mention, which is no way a compaint but is information for future guests, is the pool is slightly small for the size of the building, and may get crowded at times. Also, the parking garage can be tricky to maneuver through with other traffic so be cautious Which I'm sure both things are common for many condos in the area. Those things were not issues for my family and when I return to PCB in the future I would definitely look into returning to stay here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect!

My husband and I, along with our 2 teenagers spent a week here and it was wonderful! The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed! Having 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom was really nice, since my girls don't enjoy the typical bunk bed setup or sharing 1 bed. The balcony and view were spectacular. Location was great, very easy to get to, and having a close parking space was super nice. Elevators were quick and the entire building was clean and well maintained. We are already planning another visit and we hope to stay here again!

Nice place overall

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is about 2 miles west of Pier Park and is quiet with the option to rent chairs. The unit itself was well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs and toys. We also saw dolphins and stingrays every day from our balcony (middle of May). The balcony itself is HUGE and my favorite part of my week at the beach. The owner also stocked the unit with a dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and extra toilet paper—that’s not typical for hosts and was appreciated. The downsides/negatives were more to do with the property itself, rather than the host or unit. We rented beach chairs for our whole stay, but the attendant came up to us every single day asking who we were, or that we weren’t on the list, etc. It was easy to resolve with simply showing them the receipt they emailed to me when I paid for my rental that first day but it was annoying that there seemed to be an issue EVERY SINGLE DAY. The pool area is small and the facade is dated and in need of cosmetic repairs (crumbling stucco). The beach entry ramp is narrow with only one shower so it gets bottlenecked easily and there’s no designated place for shoes.

Wonderful vacation with family

This condo is absolutely the best! Kitchen has everything you need. Brand new washer/ dryer combo. Beautiful beach. Great parking. Close to everything, but far enough away to enjoy the beach. We love staying here. Owner responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended.
