Sunset Serenity, Condo 301 is located on the 3rd floor at Shores of Panama, with same floor reserved parking. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an on-site $105 registration fee required by the resort for beach-access armbands and garage parking passes.
*Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

"Sunset Serenity" has 3 large bedrooms (3 king beds) each with a full bathroom attached. The middle guest bedroom has a full trundle under the king bed. This condo also includes a Sectional Sofa, a full leather futon, a full Roll-away bed with 2" memory foam topper, a queen Blow-up Mattress, and a Pack-n-Play to sleeps 10+ guests. Fully remodeled with wood luxury vinyl plank throughout. Updates include new flooring, fresh paint, new appliances, all new bedding and mattresses, new furnishings including an adjustable height workstation/office desk with new Laser-Jet printer, new light fixtures, and more!

BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED! Your reservation comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella from the vendor on the beach. The condo has more beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys inside the condo guests are welcome to use.

Sunset Serenity has the most desirable floor plan and the most prime location within the Shores of Panama Resort! Enjoy a full beach view, and sunsets off its large, wrap-around balcony! This beautifully decorated unit is located on the third floor, so no elevators are needed to get to the beach or pool! Plus, dedicated same-level garage parking!

This unit has the most spectacular sunset view! Beach views grace the Master Bedroom and the balcony, which is accessible from the living room and Master bedroom. Located on the third floor means you never have to use the elevator and the stairway for the pool/beach is conveniently located two units down the hall. It has beautiful granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a dining area that flows into the living room. This condo is fully furnished. It has possibly the best-dedicated parking spot in the complex – it's the closest spot to the East entrance on the same floor as the unit. The fitness center is also located on the same floor as the unit! Shores of Panama is one of the most upscale and popular resorts with unsurpassed amenities. This spectacular resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach with approx. 500 feet of beachfront. 14,000 sq.ft. lagoon-style pool, outdoor hot tub, tiki bars, grill, indoor heated pool, hot tub, state-of-the-art work-out facility, coffee shop, and so much more.

"Sunset Serenity" is located on the 3rd floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 3rd floor. No elevators needed! The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. The entire condo is yours complete with keyless access. You will also have access to the resort beach, the best pool in the area, the best condo fitness center, a great indoor pool, and a hot tub. There is a one-time/per group/per reservation RESORT FEE for garage parking passes and beach/pool access armbands. The fee is currently $105, but subject to change. This resort package includes 2 garage parking passes and up to 10 armbands.

*Note! This condo and the condo next door can be rented at the same time to larger groups to sleep up to 18 guests.

This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Vendor Beach Service, which is 2 chairs & an umbrella, is included with your reservation. There are also beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels inside the condo for the guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.


3) Is there a dedicated parking spot in the garage, on the same 3rd floor that is assigned to this condo's guests? Yes.

Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Very cozy and comfortable!
We had a group of 10 stay in this condo for a week and it absolutely met all of our needs! It was very spacious and comfortable. We would spend each night on the wrap around patio, enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The space was very clean and welcoming as soon as we got there and throughout our stay. The hosts were very helpful and responded in a good amount of time when we had questions. High recommend!!

This place is FABULOUS!
Last minute plans to visit so I cannot believe this amazing unit was available. It was so spacious, beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfy, and the wrap around balcony gave the most beautiful views! The 3rd floor location gave option of walking to pool/beach or elevator. This was excellent because we could wait a minute on elevator and just keep moving if it wasn’t quick. And I didn’t appreciate the reserved parking and it being on floor of condo until using it. Walking straight out to parking was so convenient and I heard other guests talking about the nightmare of trying to park without a reserved spot. Everything was included. We packed too much because we’ve had rentals before that said they supplied certain things but then arrived and they did not. This place has everything you need! Beach towels✔️ beach chairs (lots of chairs)✔️ boogie boards ✔️ skim boards✔️ beach umbrella✔️ sand toys✔️ nets✔️ To top it off, the resort itself is so nice and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. So thankful we had the opportunity to stay here! Definitely be back!!!

Book the trip!!
Wow!! First time in Panama, definitely not our last and especially not our last time booking with this company! My family and I took a chance and booked at shores of Panama even though some reviews said the parking and elevators were a nightmare. We had no issues whatsoever ever during the later part of August. Being on the 3rd floor with the parking garage made it so convenient! The condo itself had a picture perfect view that you could see as soon as you walk through the door. This condo itself is tucked away on the corner of the building and it made for such a quiet stay. We never heard anyone else even though we know there were others around us. It was so tucked away that we left all of our beach things outside of the door in our wagon all week and nothing was ever bothered, that’s not something you get everywhere!! The trundle bed made it perfect for sharing a room with your kids. The showers were amazing. The beds slept great. They have truly thought of everything when furnishing/supplying the condo, as there was everything we could have needed! Communication was wonderful, I always received a quick response! We will absolutely be booking again!

Great condo for families. Very clean and well decorated. Host was amazing to deal with! Complex is very large, only complaint was lots of Complex related rules, and very few pool chairs for the number of ppl there. Otherwise perfect vacation!

Perfect place!! Look no further.
I rented this condo for my husband, son and his parents (in their 80s) to come to PCB for a few days to enjoy oysters. They loved it!! Super clean, well decorated and the view is amazing!! The communication with the property manager as well as the check in package was excellent. I only hope to join them next time!!

From the moment of booking the communication was outstanding. Everything was great! The parking spot made the stay that much better. The only tiny thing that would make it better would be more towels and a good deep cleaning but I would stay there again, no question.

This condo was wonderful! Easy access to the pool, beach, and parking garage. Beautiful views. The only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness was bc it had a fishy smell when we first arrived, we found someone else's clothes in the drawer and the couches are worn, but it was nothing unbearable. The owner is attentive and communicates well! We will be back!

My husband, 4 kids and in laws stayed for a week. The unit was very clean. This is probably the cleanest unit we've ever stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked. The resort was gorgeous. The master bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on while on vacation. We will be back!
