Your spirits will soar as you enter Three Dolphins!
We are directly on the beautiful Gulf of America! Amazing, totally renovated townhouse with incredible views, and only a few steps to the beautiful white-sand beach!
The owners' attention to detail and top-quality upgrades make this the perfect vacation destination!

Our cleaning team is absolutely the best! You will be very pleased with the cleanliness of Three Dolphins!

We are located on the quieter end of Panama City Beach, away from the high rises and huge crowds. There are several great places to eat within a short walking distance, and Winn Dixie, a liquor store, CVS, and a neighborhood pub are across the street. Pier Park is only a mile away, and offers more than 120 places to shop, a huge selection of places to eat, and nightlife!

If you want to stay inside for a while, there is a 65" TV and DVD player in the living room, with YouTube TV and a selection of movies, books, and board games...So, a rainy day or watching sports events or a good movie can be fun and relaxing.

The spacious kitchen has granite counters, top-of- the-line appliances and a breakfast bar. There is a laundry closet with a full-size washer/dryer and a large pantry off the kitchen. You can enjoy the amazing views while preparing your meals!

The open design offers comfortable seating for everyone.
There is also a half bath on the main level.

You'll love the covered balcony (with invisible railing) off the living area and the large open deck overlooking the gulf...the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, and your choice of beverages. There are two comfortable lounge chairs, beach chairs and an umbrella on the lower deck.
If you have small kiddos or a dog, you won't have to worry about them taking a tumble or escaping, as we have installed a gate on the upper balcony, and one on the lower deck.
The master bedroom is upstairs, and has spectacular miles-long views and incredible sunsets! The comfortable King bed and 65" TV and DVD player make this a very relaxing retreat. There are four comfy chairs to relax while enjoying your morning coffee or glass of wine...
The master bath has a large shower with a seat and beautiful tile design. The vanity mirror has touch-controlled brightness levels.

The second bedroom has two Queen beds and a 50" TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, beautiful tile and touch-controlled mirror lighting.

The townhouse has been completely gutted and rebuilt...Everything is brand new and top-quality! The owners have spared no expense or attention to detail, and have created a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Your four-legged family member is welcome to join you. We allow dogs up to 25 pounds, as long as they are well-behaved and well-groomed.

It's our goal to provide all the comforts of home, and for you to enjoy a wonderful, stress-free vacation experience!

The perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The place was updated & provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was great. The beach was not over crowded in that area and overall just amazing stay. Ive stayed at several places here in Panama and this one was my favorite.

Pristine place. Absolutely fresh and mold free which is a big deal for a beach front property. Spacious and airy looks like a 5 star hotel. We loved it all. Loved sitting on the porch watching the kids play in the sand. Property is right on the beach. Saving it to stay in the future, fingers crossed our dates will be available. This place is completely remodeled and done beautifully. Very clean! Location is great, close to Pier Park, we’d walk to Jeremiah’s to get italian ice a lot! Liked the section of the beach being townhomes so it was not crowded either.

Amazing location to enjoy PCB
We had the most incredible stay at this home in PCB. The house is located perfectly in a location where the beach wasn’t crowded, yet everything from the airport, to Pier Park, and even Shell Island didn’t feel far away. The beach has beautiful white sand, the water is emerald green, and the view from the master bedroom, living room and balcony was stunning. Mary the property manager was so friendly, attentive, informative, and patient with us and ALL of our questions. We hope to come back here next year, LOVE this beautiful vacation home!

We loved our stay here. Mary was a great host! She responded quickly to messages in the app or by phone. We had an issue when we arrived, I called Mary and it was handled within minutes. The townhouse was in a perfect location! It was close to everything and the beach was simply amazing. We spent every morning on the balcony watching dolphins and fish jumping in the water, spent very evening watching the sun set from the beach or the balcony. The unit itself was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. There are many things within walking distance including Pier Park, a short walk or drive if you prefer. There was also alot of activities in the area. Would stay again if we return to the area.

LOVED this Property
We have always stayed in a big condo while at the beach but decided to try something new this year. We had the best experience! We didn't have to get up early to beat everyone to the beach to get a good spot, we didn't have any elevators to wait on, had parking right at our front door, and a great location right across the road from Winn Dixie. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend.

AMAZING!
We had the most amazing stay at Three Dolphins. Everything was perfect. It was so nice to be just steps away from the beach and to be able to sit on the back deck with coffee in the mornings. I loved never having to stand around waiting on an elevator. The owner provided beach chairs and some sand toys which was great since we didn’t have room to pack ours. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of extra towels & sheets. The owner really thought of everything to make it feel like home! Winn Dixie is right across the street and the location was very convenient to Pier Park. We will definitely be back next year!

White sand dream beach!
We stayed at Three dolphins for 5 nights. Beautiful, bright, clean, cool, well equipped townhouse. It had everything, from super soft towels to flash lights (used them to spy on crabs). You can’t get a better location, Pier Park is less than a minute drive. Unbelievable beach, cold to touch white sand. We enjoyed the sunset from the deck every evening. The only wish I have is that future guests will take a good care of this place, I’m coming back shortly☀️
