This beautiful and classic Florida home is the perfect place to enjoy your family time any time of the year. The gulf view from the balconies are just breath-taking!!

The first floor of the home is where you'll find the master bedroom with King bed and private bath, including a standing shower and separate tub. There's also a guest bedroom on the floor, equipped with a twin over full bunk and a queen-sized bed, and a combination shower/tub bathroom.

Head on up to the second floor and you'll find the main living space. The kitchen, dining, and living are all open to each other, offering gulf views! There's also a guest bedroom here with a twin over full bunk and a queen bed.

On the top floor is the last King guest bedroom and bathroom. The balcony here offers the best gulf views!! Come share your memories with us!!!

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

**No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.**

A Few Notes To Keep In Mind
-$150 non refundable Pet Fee and $500 Refundable Pet Deposit Required. Please contact our office after booking to add your pets to your reservation.

-Guests will be required to be present at the property for any maintenance issues if you are unable to crate or contain your pet.

-Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
This easygoing beach neighborhood is the perfect place to escape for a beach vacation. Spend a day wandering through the shops and sights of Seacrest — you’ll spot everything from gorgeous dune lakes to gourmet restaurants. Then, unwind with a stroll along Seacrest’s sugar-white sand.

A lively community gathers in Seacrest’s Peddler’s Pavilion. Sip coffee on an outdoor patio, stock up on homemade sweet treats, or rent a bicycle and go exploring. With wide-open green spaces and plenty of ecosploring opportunities, this beach neighborhood is a perfect fit for active vacationers.

There are two beach accesses within 170 yards from the home in either direction!! However, if you would like to reserve beach chairs the closest beach access is located at Walton Dunes, about 3.4 miles west of 30A. The two closest beach accesses do not allow for public vending.

The property was great. Clean and well stocked. The view and beach was awesome. Restaurants and grocery store was close. The reality at 30A was easy to work with.

Good location, but steps to the beach are steep & long. There were cockroaches and lizards in the house when we arrived. they did offer to bring us bug spray. Everything else was fine but wouldn’t go back. This place has potential, just a cleanliness issue.

Overall, this house had the right combination of everything that really mattered. Pet friendly, ocean view, lovely balconies and plenty of space, proximity to beach, nice neighborhood and location away from crowds in Alys Beach and the Hub at Seacrest. Would be made even better with a little TLC to the house.

Great Place!

We loved our stay! The location was good, close to rosemary and just across the street from the beach. It was clean and put together. We were comfortable having our dogs there, as it wasn’t brand new furniture. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. It is close to a busy road, so I recommend white noise if you’re a light sleeper. We loved hearing the ocean from our balcony though!

Diamond in the Rough

There are many pros to this property. Great location, spacious, stocked kitchen, great parking, nice balconies, and good amenities such as the bikes. Some issues must be addressed though. First the flooring., it was rather disgusting. The carpet had stains throughout the bedrooms and stairs. It looks as though it has never been shampooed. It is now past the point of trying to shampoo it. It needs to be replaced. As for the tile, there were several loose tiles and missing grout throughout the house. It needs to be professionally cleaned as the grout was filthy. The beds that we slept in were fine except for the King on the first level. It was rock hard and when I went to untuck the sheets I noticed the box spring was dirty with hair and crumbs. Luckily we had an extra room and were able to sleep there. As for the kitchen, it was well stocked but some of the kitchen items need to be thrown out. Several pots and pans could not be used because they were scorched or chipping. Glass coffee pot was a replacement and was too small to brew coffee without several plates under it. All closet doors need adjustment as they don't close properly. The kitchen table needs to be replaced as it collects food in the cracks for former house guests. This place is a Diamond in the rough. The cleaning and maintenance crew needs to spend some time here to get this place back to the gem you can tell it used to be.

Great Location

The house was as presented on VRBO. Enjoyed the views from the middle level and 3rd floor bedroom! Really appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed the use of the bikes. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and the area was not as congested as Rosemary or Seaside. Overall a great place to stay and I would come back!

The only issue we had was the carpet is very dirty, you could take a shower and walk from upstairs to downstairs and your feet would be black , the tile was also dirty , they need a new cleaning crew. Other than that it was a great place . Would rent again next year if it was cleaned better

As advertised and perfect for us

The property is in a great location and just a five minute walk to the public beach access. The building is close to two adjoining building, so the noise from spring breakers on the balcony next door was the only negative. It’s dog friendly, so the carpet had some blemishes where someone had obviously tried to us an iron to clean up something. Weird. Yet the unit was clean and well stocked and the cosmetic issues were minor to us. We were happy to have two dogs that got along fine in the unit and I’m happy to say are both house broken, so it wasn’t an issue for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to potential renters. The property managers were great to work with amd check in and out was a piece of cake.

New Years at InconSEAvable

We had a very nice stay over New Years 2020. The location was convenient to meeting our friends. It is a bit of a distance to Seaside so make sure you calculate that. The access to the beach is great. The house is very family and pet friendly but that also means it needs some TLC as it is worn and shows use.

Good space for families!

This was the perfect property for our family vacation - lots of space for everyone. The kitchen could’ve used a few more pots & pans & supplies. Apparently the dishwasher wasn’t working and a repair man came, unannounced while we were preparing son dinner one night - a little heads up would’ve been appreciated. Overall a great place, with a good location. Would stay there again.

Great property in the beach. Carpet needs replacing but clean. We cooked thanksgiving dinner enjoyed the area ride bikes and just loved the beach life. I would rent this property again

A nice place

The property could use some updating, carpet needs to be replaced. Dryer needs to be tuned, it does not stop automatically. It would be nice if the trees were trimmed down for a view of the ocean from the second level. Overall it was nice. A short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. Disappointed

Very easy to book, check In and out. Great location and beach access. On the other hand the house was very dirty. Mold/mildew visible through out, walls are very dirty and In need of some serious paint. Carpet is pretty disgusting as well. The kitchen is in need of Tupperware and more drinkware. Fridge did not cool very well. The bushes outside are overgrown so you cannot see the ocean. Would not stay again unless updated throughout.

Positives: -walk to the beach was incredibly easy and nice -water was always hot -plenty of room -view from the 3rd floor was beautiful -towels are nice and fluffy -plenty of pots and pans to use if you cook at the house Negatives: -air vents are very dusty -pool is a little small. If one family is there not much room for anyone else -second floor view would be incredible if the trees had been trimmed but was unfortunately nonexistent -condensation continually drips from air vents onto chair in living room area -top floor gets very warm and there’s no door to block out noise -some of the dishes that had been put away were dirty and had to be rewashed

Overall a great week

We spent the week in this home. Overall it was clean and provided us plenty of space. An easy walk to the beach access, however the steps down to/up from the beach were a bit difficult for my husband (recent knee replacements+40 steps=problems). The property manager promptly took care of any issues we had. Our group would have loved for the shrubbery to be cut back a bit for better Gulf views, and also a door for privacy in the upper bedroom. Otherwise no complaints. Would recommend this property for vacationing in the Gulf.

The home was nice and spacious and located right across the street from public access beach. Loved that they provided 4 bikes for us to use. Close ride/walk to Rosemary Beach and other shops, restaurants etc. Would stay there again.

Great Family Week!

Nice property. Nice location. The trek/steps to the beach proved a challenge for my husband who had just broken his foot. He is a trooper, though, and managed pretty well. The perfect weather, along with beautiful beaches and clear water made it a wonderful family beach week. There were 4 issues (minor to us) that I made the leasing agency aware of for future tenants. We will definitely consider this property when planning future 30A vacays!
