Updated Condo, Beach Front Resort, Balcony Views of Pool, Beach and Sunsets

This Luxurious Shores of Panama 9 th floor Condo was completely renovated in 2020, with new furniture, bedding, appliances, quartz counters, vinyl plank flooring and a 65 inch TV. Features two bedrooms and a bunk room with a barn door for privacy, 3 private full baths, with Washer/Dryer in unit. Reserved parking on same floor avoid elevators bringing in your luggage and supplies. This is not your average Shores of Panama Unit, we have upgraded it with features as if it were our own home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to prepare meals.
Shores of Panama features the largest pool area and most amenities of any resort on the beach, which includes pool bar, snack bar, & coffee shop. Also centrally located for easy access to local restaurants, Walmart is across the street and Publix 1.5 miles away. Mini golf, zoo, Ripley's Believe it or not, and Wonder Works with in sight of the condominium.
The unit was picked for the fantastic view of the sunsets and the view of the pool from balcony. Beach is accessible through the pool area .
* Parking passes (2) and (8) arm bands must be purchased from the concierge desk $90
on arrival at resort ,parking passes and arm bands are mandatory for use of parking and recreational facility

Great Location, beautiful property and helpful property manager
We had such a wonderful experience. The sunsets are gorgeous here and the condo is so spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 6. Everything is well stocked, kitchen, beach toys, umbrella and chairs. The decor and rooms are well done with a fun beachy feel. Kenneth was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the Shores of Panama staff were kind and very courteous. The amenities were under construction but that did not take away from our stay. The unit was clean and the Shores staff did a fantastic job of keeping the pool and bathrooms clean.

Great Place
This was our second time staying at the Shores of Panama and the first in this home. It was wonderful and just as listed. We did encounter a leak issue at the entrance that was at no fault to the owner. Aside from this struggle coming in and out daily, we would definitely recommend staying in this unit. Not too high up but high enough! Great view of pool and beach.

Great Spot!
SOPCB was perfect for our family. This unit was great and had everything we needed. Property owner is fantastic and even with a Hurricane incoming and missing us he was checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely return. One note, the braids/temp tattoo lady on the pool deck charges by the inch so do not get duped by the pricing board. We learned the hard way.

Terrible Experience!
Upon checking in, we came to an uncleaned condo! Beds were not spread, toilet was not cleaned, and sand was everywhere! Called the owner and he ignored my messages and calls. My husband had to call from a separate number just for him to answer. He was sarcastic and nice nasty. Check in was at 4 but had the audacity to basically tell me to wait for the cleaner to get finished with the room when check out was at 10am!!! All for him to give me a 2 hr late check out! Never again!!

Beautiful property and view, just like the pictures! Parking garage a little tricky. Difficult if you have a very large vehicle. Elevators move fast, not much of a wait for them but we took stairs down and elevator up to go back and forth to the beach/pool. Definitely recommended!

Nice property need more cleaning
This is our 2nd stay … first time my wife got the condo for my birthday 2 years ago … I only agreed we go to Panama City if we stay at this particular condo only … first time everything was GOOD… this time there was blood stains on the master bedroom sheets, mold on the shower curtain in master, the mattress in the living room pull out bed is stained really bad, & the small recliner chairs in the living room need cleaning bad also … other then than everything was ok … fully loaded kitchen with appliances and kitchenware, really spacious, nice decor, & the perfect balcony view day & night ….

Family Getaway
The property was beautiful as portrayed in the listing. There is some wear on the the property as expected , but nothing that would keep me from returning. Shower curtain in the king master could stand to be changed. We loved the condo though and would love to book again. Not related to the unit itself, but the elevator situation is horrible and most the time we took the stairs at peak hours. Nine flights was a hike. Parking is quite tight with full size SUV. The pool was really cold. Hot tub was packed with little kids. The facility charged us $100 for parking and wrist bands instead of the $90.

So great!
We loved our stay in this unit. We stay at Shores of Panama every year for the last 9 years and have stayed in many units. This one was great because if the cleanliness, they had tons of cooking pans, and silverware. The elevators were frustrating but try to go at non peak times. Everything went great for our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great family vacation spot
Overall the property was great! Kenneth answered his phone right away when we had questions, which was wonderful! Neither bathtub drain worked (one was missing), but we were fine with showering so didn’t bother us. Some towel racks were broken as well, but didn’t expect it to be perfect for a beach front vacation rental. Great location and resort for families. Some communication or instructions up front would help because check in was a bit confusing, but other than that we wouldn’t have changed anything. We would definitely recommend this place!

This listing was just what we needed!! The rooms and bathrooms were just as listed. The Shores of Panama had easy access to the pool and beach. They have totes by the ocean entrance with left over toys, chairs and floats. Gift Shops within walking distance. The parking garage is narrow so plan accordingly. We didn’t have any trouble with elevator wait time. It was honestly a great vacation spot!

Nice stay!
We had a great time staying at this condo. Of course the elevator can be slow but really not too bad. Beach was pretty packed, but renting the chairs helped. The living room furniture could stand to be replaced. Bedrooms were nice. The shower curtain liner needs replaced too, cheap fix. Overall, it was a nice condo and a great trip for my family!

Property overall was clean and taken care of. Beach was beautiful and having the huge pool was a success. The big downer was the parking garage and how long it took to get to our parking spot. Garage was also mass chaos with all the tight parking and narrow roadways. Few other minor details but overall we enjoyed our stay.
