Unit 1601 is a 3 Bedroom 3 Bath with a wrap-around Balcony. It is one of the largest units at Shores of Panama. Reserved pull-through parking spot on the 8th floor. It's located next door to Pineapple Willy's & across the road from Wal Mart.

Extremely satisfied!
Check in process was smooth, owner was readily available to answer questions. Unit was well stocked with towels, wash cloths, etc. plenty to cook with as far as different pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I could recommend is more silver ware, there were just a few (3) forks and a just a few spoons. I took the liberty and bought 8 of each and left at unit. Small acts of kindness to show appreciation for a great experience! The view from balcony was amazing. We are regulars at Shores of Panama and I’d definitely rent from owner again. My family truly enjoyed our stay.

Be prepared for a hectic check in process but when that is over, it’s smooth sailing. The parking garage is a nightmare but they all are in that area. Don’t panic if the host doesn’t message you with the code until the day of, he waits until the condo is cleaned before sending the code. The security is tight there which is good. Pack spatulas and cooking utensils. Also the hot water faucet in the main bedroom moves slowly on its own and will scald you if you are not looking. We would stay again for sure. Great time and comfy beds.

Beach getaway
We have stayed at the Shores of Panama before, and always love this property. Our unit was very nice and spacious, it was well supplied and even had beach chairs for us to use. We love the balcony and the view from there, watching the sun set on the ocean. My parents stayed with us and were very comfortable, none of us wanted to leave. The host was very good and we had good communication with him. We enjoyed Pineapple Willys which was right next to the condo.

Great condo!
Great location and beautiful views from the wrap around balcony. Owner was quick with all responses. Could use a few more utensils in the kitchen. Owner provided a beach wagon, chairs and other toys/floats...located in a bedroom closet. Would definitely stay there again!

We did enjoy our stay and would rent again. The pros and cons are detailed for those ppl that seek that. Pro: The location is beautiful. The grounds, pool and beach were very nice and clean. Security was welcome at the beach entrance and all parking garage entrances. Have your assigned ban on at all times. I was grateful they checked. The condo is updated with appealing decor. Overall cleanliness is apparent and appreciated. Bedding, towels and toilet tissue were fully stocked. Con: Communication with owner was terrible. No reply from the two questions emailed via VRBO website & no return call of two phone messages. Check in is chaos! Be prepared. Too much happening at once. Concierge desk didn't have any info on our room. Owner FINALLY answered my call and sent me all the check in information via text. It made for an extremely stressful check in process! Condo kitchen utensils were inadequate. There were only 3 sets of cutlery available. It requires a complete overall. No toiletries, pack your own. Elevators are terrible for the amount of ppl it has to move. Stairwells need cleaning as many ppl are forced to walk up and down the stairs. Regretted renting on the 16th floor at that point. Overflow parking was too far away. Many blocks.

all was very good in the apartment, except that the master room tv needed attention which was annoying, the indoor swimming pool smelt and felt like a clorox factory and the the hot tube felt and smelt yuckie….other than that what an incredible apartment to be…16 th Floor on the beach is magnificent...

Wonderful condo
This condo is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The en suite bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms were a Godsend with 2 teenage boys! The elevator and parking ramp were kind of a pain but just requires you to leave some extra time to get places and patience!

The only complaint we have is the elevators were terrible. There was only one working the majority of the time. We had to take the stairs up 16 flights multiple times. Difficult with small children.

Amazing view and great price!
Great view and great size for a great price. We did have a few things that needed repair, but none of it was a big deal and the extras that were provided in the condo more than made up for that, such as the beach chairs and umbrella. I would love to stay here again!

Truly, truly amazing. Had a few issues right at the very beginning, but property manager immediately took care of it. We actually got in a couple hours early. We will definitely be back!!
