It is well suited for families or couples with a fully equipped Kitchen, 5 burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances & quartz counter tops. Dining room features built-in banquet that seats 6 plus an additional seating at the bar for 3. Master bedroom features a king bed, huge walk-in closet with luggage racks, 45” flat screen TV and luxurious en-suite bath with dual sinks and over-sized rain head shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, beautiful furnishings, 45” flat screen TV, large closet also with luggage racks and access to the large balcony overlooking the community and green space. TRANSPORTATION
- Street legal golf cart (must be 25 to operate with signed waiver)
The golf cart is primarily to be used to get to the beach access, Deer Lake State Park, or The Big Chill. The communities of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest no longer allow for golf carts in their communities. The cart will not make it to Seaside and back on a single charge. The dedicated GC parking in Seaside is extremely limited. Please plan accordingly.
- Bikes are popular on 30A! Should you choose to rent some, a discount code at a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.

OutdoorShower provides an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner. Additionally, some laundry pods for those properties with onsite washers and dryers. Owners may provide additional amenities.

This property does have surveillance cameras at entry points

NOTE: We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A (property owners may during certain hours with a permit). There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!
