Building is in terrible need of Maintenance!!!!! It needs Pressure washing, painting, and floor care. I would not recommend to anyone to stay there. the room was ok but again the maintenance of the building is unacceptable.

The location was spot on. Beach at the back door. For breakfast 5 mins east to Thomas donuts is a must... Back to the resort. Check in caught me off guard. When I got there I was asked which floor did I want. The luggage carrier and elevator were in bad shape, but not a deal breaker. Room was clean and smelt it also. The kitchen drawers were empty, a coffee pot 4 paper cup, microwave and refrigerator is all you get. So if you want it bring your own. The pool and hot tub were clean also. I would most definitely stay again. For the price and location..

We have stayed here several times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, bedding is nice, too (no bedspreads). The pool are is clean and well maintained. The stairwells of this older property need painting, and the elevators need to be renovated, but we can overlook that for the value of this beachside property.

Beautiful grounds & the pool & hot tub was nice. Plenty of outdoor activities & seating, great beach & ocean view. Friendly staff. Even though property & rooms are older it was pretty clean. Bed was clean but oddly enough it did have a bed spread. Never seen a bed done that way. Room coffee excellent. Best I’ve ever had from a pouch. The older part only has steps, but elevator on newer part can be accessed with a short walk. I would stay here again but would prefer everything be updated.
