I stayed here several days and then there was some rain. I left the hotel for s couple of hours and to my horror the room was flooded. The staff after seeing how bad it was offered another room but never offered any assistance moving all our things. Also some things on the floor was messed up. No compensation at all was offered, actually it was to the contrary, the person I stayed with was embarrassed. Because this is a worldwide brand bame not local I expected better. I was disappointed.

The hotel provided a very comfortable stay, with clean, modern rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. The highlight was the included breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options each morning, setting a great tone for our day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful, ensuring we felt welcome. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and we appreciated the hotel’s amenities and overall attention to detail. I loved the hotel, the breakfast was something I looked forward to each morning. 2 mornings I had to leave early and they packed me a to go breakfast which kept me full for a few hours. My room was always cleaned and smelled fresh when I returned each day. I loved dining at the rooftop restaurant, food was perfecto. The gym I visited had all the equipment needed for staying fit on a vacation. My only issue was the air conditioner, a bit noisy when it chips out and the water from the shower could be hotter. All in all it was a great stay and I recommend anyone who chooses to visit Panama to stay here.
