It was a very cozy and clean hotel. Had all the pans and plates and utensils. The ladies in the front were very friendly and helpful. Love that it was so close to the beach. My kids loved the pools. All the stores were close too, walking distance. And you can walk to the pier its so close. Over all i would stay here again. Expect us next year.

The property and staff wwre fantastic. We loved being able to walk from our room to the beach. However there were a few things that could have made this a 5/5 trip versus a 4 out of 5. First, the elevator, there was only 1 and it was quite slow. Definitely could move a bit quicker so youre not waiting a while for it. Second was our room. It was super clean. However, the dresser all the drawers stuck and badly. The kitchen had no oven mits, and one cabinate door above the stove was completely broken off the hinge. We used the oven one night and not only did it set off our fire alarm (with nothing in it while it was preheating) but it also let us know our fire alarm needed a new battery. Since there is no indicator that the oven is preheated maybe a oven thermometer would be a good substitute? In the bathroom, one tile was missing off the wall completely so you could a hole in the drywall behind it. There were a few cracked tiles on the floor along with at least one that was loose and could have been pulled up with minimal effort. Lastly our back patio light was out and the carpets could use an update. We also suggest a dimmer option for the kitchen and dining room lights. I know this all seems like complaints but we truly did love our stay none of these "issues" would deter us from going back again in the future. Good points - towels could go in hamper to be placed outside for for replacements, pool and spa were well kept, & beach access was perfection!

Do not stay at this property. It is absolutely filthy. We had bed bugs, the shower drain backed up so you were always standing in 4 in of water and there was dust all over the walls and ceiling. The worst part is I ended up in urgent care because I contracted a staph infection from the hot tub! Management also will not reply to me for a refund. Stay away from this place. You can tell this property has water damage and new ownership did patchwork jobs.

A Little Family Getaway.
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was all that my boys and I needed. It is older, but for the price it was well worth it. I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn't opened, but it's being updated so I understood. The front desk lady was very helpful and kind each time I talked to her. The pool was cleaned every morning. I will for sure be bringing my boys back.

They have a policy of “put your dirty towels in the basket and set outside your door by 10am if you just need fresh towels and don’t want your room cleaned.” We stayed for 2 weeks and did our towels in the hamper/basket probably 4-5 times throughout our stay. When we put the dish towels out, we NEVER got new ones from housekeeping. When we requested them to come in and service our room, they left the towels on the bed and did no sweeping or changing of the sheets. We had to go to the front desk to ask for a broom to sweep ourselves. Our room had mold in the electrical box & in the bathroom on the ceiling above the bathtub. You couldn’t fully open the oven as the AC unit was in the way. The bathtub faucet, you couldn’t change the temperature while showering or really at all. At times there was no pressure and we had to turn the faucet off to get pressure back. The hot tub went down 3 days into our stay and didn’t get fixed until 2 days before we were to leave. Again, we stayed 14 days. They put us in the tiniest room available with older children yet we saw several of the bigger rooms come and go while we were staying. There were only the 2 options available to book with Expedia which was either the tower or the garden view, which is no longer a garden view as they took majority of the foliage out and added a gigantic building blocking the ocean view. The floors are scuffed, the lamp was broken and sharp, mold was painted over on the walls, ceiling plaster falling down.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this particular unit. None of the stove eyes worked, which we told them last time (a year or more ago) and then the microwave stopped working, but it was our last night. Everything else was great as usual. Housekeeping is amazing and it is right across the street from 2 great places to eat. We have been staying here for 6 years and love it every time.
