Our first visit to Panama Beach was incredible! We stayed here, and everything was fantastic clean rooms, spotless bathrooms, and such a beautiful view. I highly recommend booking the balcony view; it’s a must!

Check in was easy. Breakfast was great with several options. Location was centrally located to the Pier Park, restaurants, and bars. Only issue we had was that we found clothes left in the closet. Hopefully the previous people stay there were able to claim their items.

Great stay but the room was not vacuumed prior and we found a cigarette bud, a screw, a loose pearl and some change throughout the room. This made us concerned since we had our puppy with us and she found everything on the floor!!! Housekeeping should do better!!! Thank you.

Terribly slow service at check in desk...need help there for sure.. Rooms do not jive with what you are booking on website.. Really cheap nasty patio furniture on balcony. Disposable everything...no glasses, no plates, no cutlery EVERYTHING at buffet and bar was disposable...REALLY tacky and NOT eco friendly... Overall experience very disappointing!

Very nice property. Loved the ocean view and balcony! Also lovely view from the breakfast dining area. Everything was great with the exception of check-in. Not sure if the desk associate was high or half asleep but something was not right. She handed me my key but offered no instructions to the elevator. She handed me a parking pass but offered no instructions to the parking deck. She did provide that information when I asked but rather roboticly and without a smile. It was weird. Also, her poor communication from the front desk to housekeeping resulted in a surprise walk-in :/. (So, use your door latch lock!) Anyway, these were small things and I enjoyed the stay anyway. It is just less than I expected from a Hilton.
