Every way they could get into your pockets, they did. No room microwave, soda machines, self service laundry, or reliable tv/internet. Food for sale in room frig and on desk...$18 can peanuts, $8 bottled water, $5 can coke, ...... $7 to wash dry 1 shirt, $3.50 for 1 pair of underware....Found outside laundrymat for 2 loads $8....Constant tv/network drops...Overloaded....Ice machine outside room (1510)...But ooc....After calling roomservice a few times, told there was one on 22nd floor working by person delivering ice. Stayed there for 2 weeks (also first time in Panama City) Won't go back to that hotel...Oh...Even though i had prepaid my room (over $2400), When checking in, put a $700 hold on my credit card. Compare others (hotels) in City before booking

Like what other reviews say, Food options was excellent. Fresh ingredients and so many options. DO NOT book any tours through the concierge as they price gauging almost all of them. Worst part most tour guides don’t speak English, do not truly explain the package either. We booked island tour through concierge and the guide barely spoke English, he didn’t even have water bottles for us for 3 hour ride! Hilton need to maintain it’s standards for all services, even for their contracting tour agencies

Very nice, clean and new.

Very nice and relatively new Hotel. Room was large, new furniture, clean (with the exception of the carpet which needed additional vacuuming) and had a wonderful view of the bay front and city. Polite staff and reception. Music in restaurants and bar was a little loud for normal conversations. Overall a lovely stay! Highly recommended!!
