Overall, we had an average experience. We went at the end of December 2024. We stayed for 3 nights. The housekeeping service was very lacking. We didn’t ask much of them. We didn’t have them come clean the room on our days there. We did ask them for extra blankets. We were given a couple of thin comforter covers. I asked for a vacuum cleaner on the last day for my vacuum storage bags. I told me it would be bought to room by the house keeping staff. I waited for over an hour. I called to ask if it was coming. I was told it would be coming in 10 min. It never came. I find this to be very disappointing and customer service was very lacking.

Lazy river is not heated! It’s cold. Main pool is not heated. Didn’t have hot water during part. So no warm showers. But did get free breakfast for that. As we were leaving heard them talking about a gas leak. 12/22/24
