Horrible hotel. They gave me a room on the first floor which as soon as you enter spelled extremely musty, toilet did not flush, bath tub was all brown and moody and did not drain. Carpets filthy and TV did not work. So I complained and was moved to the fifth floor which still smelled very musty, carpets filthy, bath tub although decent but cracked. I guess what you pay it’s what you get. Breakfast was ok.

I would never recommend Hospedium hotel to any.The breakfast is limited and terrible. The room smells terrible. My first night there the electricity keeps going off .the carpets ate dirty musky and old .They are telling us that the ac is extremely cold cannot be adjusted by you when you ask them to adjust they take forever to have it done.Them menu they have is limited and the food is tasteless..overall a very bad experience would never go back to Princess hotel

Location was great... Alot of shops and restaurants around the hotel which was a plus... If you love a good walk, it can be walking distance to Multiplaza mall, Street Mall and Luna's rooftop restaurant and bar which we loved... Staff at reception waa friendly at check in and check-out... There's also a restaurant and bar at the property. Downside to this hotel, well at least the room we got; there wasn't any hot water, it was barely rvem lukewarm and the door to the bathroom couldn't close properly as it seemed to be jamming on the frame when trying to close it... Besides those two issues the hotel was a good deal.

Hotel is too old. Saw people complain about many things, however the best of this hotel is the location easy to walk. Near kfc and Starbucks. Rest all in peace. Need to renovate the hotel. Thanks

Absolutely terrible. First they said that the room we had initially booked had two queen beds and if we would want to take the one with a single queen and we didn’t mind but when we got to the room, we did not have a queen but a double bed and it was so low you might as well have been sleeping on the floor. It smelled dirty, moldy and it only got worse the longer we were there. There were baby roaches in the room, the bath looked awful my wife decided to risk it but I bathed in the sink it looked so bad. The ONLY good thing about the room was the view. We were only there for a day and we spent most of the day outside the hotel which is the only reason we didn’t leave. I forgot to mention the state of the bed, they had this dirty comforter to cover the bed and just to put it into perspective we slept fully clothed head to toe to not have our skin touch the bed because we didn’t trust it. Oh yeah and the towels had stains so that was fun too :) my advice stay far away.

The casino is closed and the spa also. We've ask the staff for a pillow and a glass, they told us it would be right up and never came. The breakfast quality is not always up to standard. The best years are behind. Must of bean a really nice place in the days. But i guess you get what you pay for.
