My stay was truly enjoyable largely due to the warm and welcoming staff you have at the front desk and working in the dining area. I would specifically like to highlight Thais, Diana, Monica and Ruth. They made recommendations for dinner, responded to my requests for service, addressed me by name and always greeted me with a smile. Several others in the dining area were very accommodating and ready to help with whatever I needed. Keep up the great teamwork!

Good hotel needs some maintenance
We had a comfortable stay at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel needs a better gym and some maintenance. The biggest downside in my opinion was the breakfast. The quality of the food was below average and not worth the money. We needed up eating outside. Staff were all very friendly.

The hotel is very clean, the service amazing. We want to thanks Odilia Batista she arranged a beautiful BBQ at swimming pool area because We invite my twins sons for they birthday as pass day. It was very incredible service and the price was really good and my guests were available to use the sauna, jacuzzi, gym and swimming pool area. Everything was spectacular. The restaurant is very good, the food is very taste and good price. The restaurant have buffet and you may order your own food. The bar area is really comfortable , peaceful, good music the bartenders are very nice and kind. The hotel is located in a very good area and Beautiful views. Me and my wife really recommend highly this hotel.

It was fine, wish there was more quick eats in the immediate area. Very hard to find breakfast if you don’t want to pay $20 for the hotel restaurant. Otherwise, it did the job. Would stay again.

We requested two large bottles of water at the front desk. The water cost $6 each which I believe is very expensive especially for Panama. I feel this was price gouging. This is the only issue I had. Everything else during my stay was exceptional. Thank you.

My son and I spent two nights at Le Meridien. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is quiet, very clean, and our room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciate the friendliness of all the staff. We needed a ride to the airport and the front desk clerk arranged a taxi for us. We could have also used Uber, but had him arrange a taxi which worked out well. I do speak Spanish, but most of the staff also speaks English. I will definitely stay there again.

My room had great views of the water very comfortable big room was nicely furnished and very comfortable bed. The staff was great but the condition of the hotel we’re lacking maintenance. My room had some water damages. They were noticeable by the patchwork that they did. The lobby and restaurant area were very hot seem like they didn’t have no AC.

The hotel is located in a central area across from cinta costera. Great area for a morning walk, run or a bike ride. There weren’t too many restaurants to choose from, in my opinion it is better to eat downtown to experience the true essence of Panama. However it is a 10 minute car ride to Casco Viejo if that is more your vibe. Overall good, no frills hotel and they supply free water in the rooms.
