Be extra mindful if using the restaurants and paying cash. Ask for a bill stamped "paid in cash" and keep it very safely. Don't expect honesty from the people at this hotel. As in my case, I paid cash and the bill was also charged to my credit card. Hotel management will not assist you and will not respond to your emails - I even wasted my time calling and was placed on hold for like over 30 minutes. This establishment does not appear to value a regular guest or care for their business. Pay, come and go. Don't expect front desk to pick-up the phone but you can walk around and try to find the assistance you need. Once you leave reception area, expect a less pleasant lighting, feel and smell in the room and hallways. Very basic cleanliness so bed and chairs will have dust around and itchy. Hair and dust around the toilet/bath. First time writing a hotel review.

Al llegar a hacer check in, no tenian la habiatcion con las caracteristicas que habia reservado.. el staff me asigno una suite sin balcon, en total desconocimiento de cuales son las suites que tienen o no balcon; me pasaron por varias habitaciones antes de resolver el problema, y tuve que pagar $44 adicionales lo que resulta inaceptable. El proceso me tomo casi dos horas..!!

The property area was safe... close proximity to fastfood and restaurants., convenient pick up area for Uber..Staff was very nice(one morning our toilet was clogged they responded within 5 min with a plumber)👍I will most definitely return and invite others to stay there also...we received buffet style breakfast every morning from a welcoming and warm staff..Also the maid service was 10 out of 10 every day clean sheets and towels 💯💯💯

The staff were super friendly and always willing to help even with the language barrier!! My room was excellent. The fact that most shops were in walking distant was a plus. The food option for breakfast was great. Would definitely go back and also recommend. We had a wonderful trip!!!!
