GUEST REQUIREMENTS - The primary guest MUST be 30 years of age or older with valid ID and occupy the ENTIRETY of the stay. The primary guest will also be required to digitally sign a rental agreement, holding the primary guest responsible for all actions taken during the stay for all guests occupying the property. Guests of ALL AGES are counted as occupying guests and absolutely NO UNDERAGE SPRING BREAK GROUPS ARE ALLOWED. The total amount of the guests listed at booking will be the allotted number of guests allowed during the stay with no exceptions.

REGISTRATION/ENTRY & PARKING - $40 registration fee collected onsite to include wrist bands and one (1) parking pass. Additional (2nd) vehicle parking pass is an extra $15. Early entry is NOT available from May 15th to August 15th. Outside of this timeframe, guests will be contacted the day of their stay if any type of early entry is possible. Parking is limited to only 2 vehicles at any time. Recreational vehicles such as golf cart/scooter rentals, boats/trailers, etc. are not allowed onsite at the complex.

EXTENDED STAYS - Please inquire with us about monthly stay discounts. Extended stays will require an additional deposit and/or cleaning fee. Monthly stays are not available from May thru August.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE - The required damage waiver is non-refundable and only covers accidental damage up to the policy amount for your stay. The damage insurance does not cover outdoor items, intentional/cleaning damages, bath/bed linen, missing items or other broken agreement terms. These items will be charged to the payment method on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations that are made up to 60 days in advance of check-in date will receive a full refund, minus $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance of check-in will forfeit entire amount paid. There shall be no refunds of rent, fees, security deposit, etc., due to shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work or family emergencies or other situations. Cancellations Regarding COVID-19 made less than 60 days, with proof of rental closure, travel ban or testing positive for COVID-19, will receive an option to reschedule their stay at comparable nightly rates, or, a full refund minus 10% of the amount paid towards the reservation.

This unit was super clean and organized. Beautiful corner unit with Beautiful view. Best unit we've stayed in since vacationing in Panama City for the past few years. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals, the furniture and bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this unit.

Cleanliness, communication and view made this a wonderful stay! We’ve stayed in condos well over 20 times in Panama City beach area and this one was the cleanest we’ve ever found. The communication of the host was excellent, especially since a hurricane was approaching. The end balcony was perfect for sunsets and dinners. Already booked again.

Hello, thank you so much for the beautiful condo and awesome responsive and professional property management staff. We had an amazing time, no issues, the condo is well kept, no problem at all with elevators Or cleanliness and we had the most fun just hanging out at the amazing pools and beaches at the resort. We will be back every year and will stay at this room and resort, again thank you for the wonderful start of a great family tradition and memories m. Wonderful!
Clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable. But the best part was the view - Oh, that view!!! And how wonderful to be right on the clean, sandy, beach! The two pools were nice, too. The heated pool was much appreciated when the evening air was cool.

The condo was very old and seemed a little run down because it's in an older part of Panama City Beach! It wasn't until we got into our condo room 905 that we realized how beautiful the condo was the living space was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The View from the balcony if you were looking out at the ocean was very beautiful just do not look down towards the beach because apparently there's a rather large brick building that houses all the runoff water from when it rains making the area or part of the beach look dirty! The beach itself was somewhat clean, but overall I would have much rather stayed a little farther west near Long Beach Resort the beach there seems to be a lot cleaner and prettier! Nothing like walking along the beach and picking up other people's trash and bottle caps from beer bottles! Again the condo was very clean and very maintained! Just overall it was an older condominium with one elevator and a good luck catching it at times! I think I would prefer to stay a little farther west there seems to be a little bit more to do in the evening!

Communication with Deja View was great (property management company), the check-in/out process was seamless, and the heated pool was divine. Best beach vacation
I was super impressed with the property and the whole experience. I brought my daughter as a last minute celebration after taking her Alabama Sate Nursing Boards test in Dothan. I was amazed at the deal we were able to get considering our last minute booking. And the whole experience was better than I could have imagined. This was only her second trip to the beach, and she had the most amazing time celebrating becoming an RN. Thank you all so much for everything. We will definitely book with you all again in the future.

My wife and I took our 1 year old and our 9 year old to the beach. We stayed here and it was just as beautiful as the pictures online. The owner was extremely nice and informative. I’d say the sons first time to the beach was a success!

Amazing Family Vacation Condo!!
Derrek and Josh were awesome property owners to work with during our condo rental process. Very professional. The condo itself was extremely spacious, clean and up to date. I loved the carpet since I have a crawling baby and a vacuum was provided. It had anything you could ever need in the kitchen and was very well organized, even labeled. Not only did it have the master bed, it had 2 pull out couches and a roll away cot. Amazing ocean views as a corner unit providing no noisy traffic outside the condo. We were locked out once due to a low battery on the condo door keypad and Josh was there almost immediately to fix it himself. The security around the resort was outstanding and made it easier to relax with our children present. I appreciated their presence and enforcement of rules such as no smoking or drinks in the pools. We got to experience a movie on the lawn and karaoke at Bikini Bob's two separate nights during our stay. Bikini Bob's was fantastic to have for drinks, snacks and meals. There were plenty of chairs by the pools and very nice chairs I might add. Picnic tables and even bench swings facing the ocean for a unique experience. I loved the boardwalk in front of and down to the beach, with kids we had lots to carry and that made it so much easier. I do think the resort could add additional umbrellas as most guests wanted the option for those, but still had more than I've ever personally seen at a resort. The resort itself could use some updates cosmetically on the exterior, but we did see painting happening while we were there also. The 1 and only complaint I would have is the elevators, which is understandably out of the control of the condo owners. It was a very large resort and had various sets of elevators, however, one was broken down for a while during our stay. Truly, they just aren't big enough, once a family and their luggage cart were inside it was basically full. But again would need to be addressed by the resort and board to solve this issue. The area of the resort was nice since it wasn't right in the middle of Panama. It was relaxing not being so crowded and overflowed with traffic. Driving distances to restaurants were not bad at all. I have saved contact information to rent again and would gladly go back to this specific unit. I look forward to seeing if Derrek has additional condos with more bedrooms for family or friends to join us next time. Very pleased with our stay!
