Located on the white, sugary sand beaches of the emerald Coast, this 12th floor luxury beachfront condo at Watercrest is the perfect vacation destination for those looking for a comfortable and beautifully decorated beach get-a-way. The condo layout feels like home and offers ample space with three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests.

The newly remodeled unit is beautifully furnished with a six-top (expandable to eight) dining table and seats for three more at the kitchen island, perfect for enjoying meals together. The gourmet kitchen features all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliance, Quartz countertops, and is equipped with all the necessities, making it a pleasure to prepare meals.

The two primary bedrooms each have comfortable king size beds and incredible views of the Gulf with large sliding glass doors to the balcony. The third bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds: full-size lower and twin-size upper, providing plenty of sleeping options for all guests.

The bathrooms are all appointed with beautiful Quartz countertops and tile surrounds. The two primary bathrooms offer tiled walk-in showers and the third bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Relax on the oversized balcony furnished with ample seating, allowing everyone to enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf from the 12th floor. From sunrise to sunset, the views are truly amazing, with endless vistas stretching out to the East and West.

The East end of the beach is an excellent choice with the lighter traffic, proximity to the bay and less-crowded beaches. Watercrest is an excellent choice for those looking for a premier, well-maintained vacation spot. The quaint complex has completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation, making everything fresh and new. The pool area is a cut above with a large pool, heated in cooler weather, a splash pool, and a hot tub. The Tiki Bar poolside serves frozen cocktails, snacks, and light lunch entries, providing everything you need for an amazing day at the beach. Attraction Information:
There are multiple vendors on the beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, spend some time in an arcade or go shopping or site seeing. It’s all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep-sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10-minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Great condo with magnificent view!
The unit was clean, well appointed with plenty of space! The two master suites are a great floor plan. We have stayed at Watercrest previously and love the facility and its less busy location and easy parking. Dave was easy to communicate with. We would stay in this unit again!

The perfect vacation!
Our family loves this condo! We have stayed here numerous times and it feels like home away from home. It is the perfect setup for a family or groups of people coming together. You cannot beat the views from this unit. We enjoy marine-life watching from the balcony. Bring binoculars if you have them. The condo is clean, the litchen is well-stocked, the bedrooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The building is well maintained. No elevator issues, and every amenity in the building is easy to access for the family. Our kids absolutely love it here too.The beach is not crowded, there's plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. It's one of our favorite parts of coming here, the East End is not partyville, which we prefer. And don't forget to reserve your 2 beach chairs. You can also rent paddle boards, jet skis, and more. Rent a boat at the marina and spend some time at Shell island/ toruing the bay. You may see sea turtles, dolphins, manatee, and others while exploring. We always enjoy being here and can't wait to come back.

Great Little Place
The location is great, the condo is cute, and the views are beautiful. The only issue was the bugs. Everything was tidy and smelled clean, so the place wasn't dirty. It's Florida and a large building, so it's absolutely an uphill battle, but there were a number of tiny roaches.

Good, but not great
We love to stay at Watercrest. We love the views and the location of the property. This particular condo provided plenty of room for the family, and had most of what we needed. We did have to buy toilet paper and paper towels, as we ran out during the stay. Not much is provided (as mentioned in listing). My complaints lie in the extra charges after we booked. We were charged $75 plus tax for a second parking pass, which hasn't happened to us before. We were also charged $50 per night when we added a 7th person to our reservation. I'm not exactly sure what $200 plus tax paid for seeing as though the condo sleeps 10 (it definitely wasn't toilet paper! ) There were lots of rules, such as keeping the shades lowered to avoid US having to pay to have the air conditioner serviced if it froze! We just felt that we were constantly worried that we would be charged for something else! I even took pictures of any damage that was already there, just in case! The towels had a funky smell, which was probably due to the fact that there was mildew in the washer. I don't mind having to strip the bed linens before leaving, but if they are going to ask you to do that, they should probably buy new pillows and mattress protectors, as we discovered upon departure that ours were pretty stained! I will definitely stay at Watercrest again, just not in this condo.

Great condo!!
The property was very clean and great location for families. The only issues were minor. Top rack of dishwasher was missing a screw which made it sag. Also the outlet in the smallest master bath needs repair. Also found a very dirty cooking pot in the cabinet. Other than that our stay was perfect. Will definitely want to stay here again.

Great family vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning on a future trip. We found the home to be in wonderful shape, clean, and well-equipped. The views were wonderful and the location is perfect. Tons of activities within 5 minutes, including the state park and jet skis, while traffic was minimal, which made for a great trip!

2023 Thanksgiving Celebration
The condo was perfect for our multigenerational Thanksgiving celebration. We loved the space. The kitchen was exactly what we needed to prepare our holiday meal! Rooms were all spacious, and exactly as advertised. The view was fantastic, and the beach absolutely lovely for enjoying a morning or evening walk. Quiet, easy parking, fast elevators, and great location for other activities! Definitely recommend!

Watercrest is an amazing property. 1207 was maintained exceptionally well. There was more than enough in the unit. There were water toys to use. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen for us to prepare and serve 7 people. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay here in the future. Lastly, the communication with David was amazing.

Incredible Place to Relax and Unwind
We had an incredible stay at the Watercrest and David, the property manager, was a pivotal part of it. Last year we stayed in a unit that was incredibly dirty and had a horrible time getting in touch with the management. Nothing in that unit was like it was supposed to be and the property managers were horrible to work with. This year was different and David was right on the ball with all communications with us and anything we needed was taken care of. We also have never stayed in a unit that was exactly like it was described and was as clean as this unit. Everything was perfect and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
