Amazing stay at Spring Hill suites! The rooms were great for the kid, food was delicious at the restaurants, and the breakfast was delicious! Check in was a breeze! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will be back next time!

I loved how professional the staff were, how clean and quiet the guests were. The pool and dock were so nice and well maintained. The breakfast was very tasty, and a beautiful lobby.

overall everything was excellent. One comment is that the lounge chairs in the pool area do need to be changed for new ones. They look old, some broken and look dirty and mistreated. Did not spend too much time in pool area due to this.

Lawrence made this trip go from bad to worse. Horrible performance as a manager. Yelled at my family in the middle of the lobby and made a scene after making us wait hours for a room change. Our initial room had a leak in the wall and stucco was peeling off the walls due to this. Lawrence claimed he “forgot” to call us to tell us our room was ready, resulting in a day of our trip wasted, after already spending one night in a room with a leak. Melinda did her best in making the situation right, however you really cannot make up for the lack of customer service from Lawrence.
