Service was not great. Staff seemed to have the attitude we were lucky to be there - especially after finding out we booked through a third party. Overall unimpressive . That section of PCB pretty much closed down after November 01. Just thought we would try a different location, add to our options. Won't stay there again. Not a bad price for the stay, on site amenities could be a bit priceier than you would expect- even from a hotel. Room was nice, except view was horrible.

Hotel was clean, smelled good upon entering. In the room the beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean. Parking was easy. Beach was beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast in the morning and the daytime staff (other than the front desk clerk who was very pleasant). They were not very friendly and seemed like we were in their way of closing up the breakfast area even though it was still only 9:00. The breakfast items tasted old and not fresh. Also at check-in, there was a live performer right by the check in desk which made it incredibly hard to hear anything and all we wanted after a long day of traveling was to get our room. I would suggest moving the live music to the other end of the lobby.

Amazing beach view and access
The first thing we noticed when we arrived was how good the hotel lobby smelled. The entire hotel was very clean. The staff kept up with cleaning of the pool area, elevators and breakfast area constantly. I think the best part was being able to relax in the pool and watch the sunset over the beach. The beach access was amazing. Also able to walk to the county pier in about 5 minutes. Not much to do on the pier other than walk or fish. You have to pay $3 for all day access. My only gripe was that the pool bar was not open and music was not playing at the pool during our stay. It was only open on the weekend. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

We had a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool area and beach were very nice. There were ample lounge chairs and towels were provided. Only downside was we were not able to rent beach chairs on Sunday. The day was grayed out on the app as if they were sold out but no one else has rented them either as there were none on the beach and all the lounge chairs for the beach were chained up.

This is one of my favorite places to stay while visiting Panama City Beach. Affordable, beautiful pool and beach. One older lady Staff person was very unfriendly and not accommodating. Another downside is they don’t clean the rooms everyday, only on the third day. The room gets very messy by that time, we asked to get the room refreshed and all they did was drop off towels. No coffee and waist paper baskets were full.

This is a nice hotel, the hot tub was not working and the pool waterfall feature was not working. The daily breakfast was good, but needs to have a few different options. The daily parking fee is excessive. The snack bar closes way to early.
