Jorge at the front desk was excellent. He was so helpful. King's cafe staff was very nice too. I wish they had a standard timing for SPA we wanted to get a message on Sunday they said the staff took off that day which was disappointing

Our overall experience here was quite great. The pool was always very clean with plenty of spots to lounge. They’ll even bring you drinks (the caipirinhas were fantastic). Great gym with a full bench press/incline bench, treadmills, machines for essentially anything you need. The restaurant was pretty good as well. The only part that gave our stay a star less were the alarms that went off on our floor various times through our stay. Doubt this was the fault of the hotel (likely other guests) but it did interrupt our sleep.
