Stay was good. Internet was very slow in the room and made it hard to get work done in the evening. If you are looking for a quiet night and good sleep this is the spot. Side note: Verizon coverage in Paonia is non existent.

Cute little motel close to town.
Looked like an older motel outside but was pleasantly surprised to see a completely updated standard room inside. A relaxing courtyard too. Everything needed was there and it was in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. John in the office was very personable and helpful. Wi-fi was spotty.

I loved this property and hope to stay here again. It’s not far from Estes Park or the Rocky Mountain’s. It’s incredibly quiet and the room is very cozy. The shower was amazing and so was the smart tv!

Nice room with plenty of space and real coffee mugs, plates and wine glasses (not plastic or styrofoam). Just a couple of blocks from the main street. Very pleasant stay.

Excellent. This was my second time in the area and first time staying here. I will return. Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, and linens are wonderful! My dog was comfortable too!

Nice property, especially for such a small town. Excellent cleanliness, great room. I never met the staff because of the hours they are open. But everything was ready for my arrival. Noisy neighborhood at 6 am. Hot Rod across the street started up and warmed up and woke me up on a Sunday. Not sure if it was one of the guest or a resident. Rooms 20-24 would be the ones with the most noise as the parking is next to building or neighbors. Worth the price. I would stay there again.

Great small town place to stay
This was my 3rd time staying here. They have 2 people running the whole place. They are extremely friendly and take care of the property. The landscaping is awesome. The young lady I dealt with the last 2 times I checked in wasn’t even supposed to be working. She was there watering plants & flowers. The courtyard out back is a great place to hang out. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Paonia

If you are staying in Paonia, this is a nice little motel. Though an older property it has been updated and well maintained. My unit was tidy and clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, nice shower, and a very quiet air conditioner. Parking was right in front of the unit. Check in/out was easy and friendly. I'd stay here again, if I come to Paonia in the future. The motel is a couple block walk to the center of town.
