Staff were very helpful and friendly, from the nightwatchman to the normal daytime staff. Room was a decent size and down a long corridor, so we didn't have hall noise from new arrivals waking us. But it was facing the street so traffic noise was a problem intermittently, as were the (I think) ants which crawled on us during the night. Comfortable foyer, good WiFi and good breakfast options. Above all, 24h check-in and handy to the ferries.

The staff were awesome and helpful especially the reception fellow helped us with a last minute group tour who spent lots of time and finally ended up with a private tour. We really appreciate it because we only had one day there for sightseeing. Well done with 5 stars on customer service and appreciation. The location is 5 minute walk to the ferry which is extremely convenient.

I would not stay here. It looked like the inside of an insane asylum. We stayed here because of a delayed trip and it was cheap, but that was the only good part about it.

This hotel provided the basics for a few hours until my flight. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was close to downtown, but in a quiet area, which was greatly appreciated.

Quirky hotel that is convenient for walking around Papeete. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Dining at the hotel is helpful on weekends when many shops are shut Hôtel starting to show its age with creaky floor boards

Basic no frills, but clean, walkable to downtown Papeete for food/drink, and across from the ferry terminal. Nice staff with a coffee bar and cafe downstairs in the morning too.

The hotel is centrally located, walking distance from downtown. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, including a kitchenette. Though not a five star hotel, the staff work very hard to give you a good experience. I would recommend staying at Sarah Nui.

Our room was roach infested. The staff seemed unconcerned but did grant our request to move to another room. This room had roaches as well. In my 20 yrs of traveling, I’ve never had to deal with an infestation. Having as many roaches as we saw makes me believe there is a cleanliness issue.

Beat the hell down hotel. Roaches in room. Shower floor was so unclean looking i put a towel down. Other than that staff was good. Room smelt fine and ac was cold. So cold i turned it off and came back to room and it was hades hot in it Cheapest hotel around so cant complain much
