La Serena is centrally located. It is on a cul de sac street, away from any noisy traffic, yet it is just a 5 minute walk from the vibrant bar/restaurant street. It is easily accessible to the Kings Mall, Harbor, tourist area, post office, supermarkets and to a bus stop just 1 minute walk. It is also just a 15 minute walk to Kenedy sq, and a 10 min walk in the opposite direction to the scenic beaches and trendy hotels of Kato Paphos. The apart has a great sunset view, is quite well lit.
