Lovely, two bedroom, air conditioned Town House, set on a wonderful development

Paradise Gardens II, is a lovely two pool mature development, situated close to all amenities Kato Paphos has to offer. The Harbour and down town Kato Paphos are just 10 minutes away on foot, with all the varied activities availability both night and day.
Ping's Paradise is a two bedroom, with one and a half bathrooms. The property is fully air conditioned for the summer and a log burner for the winter.
Down Stairs, there is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave etc, along with the down stairs WC. The main living and dining area is open plan, complete with leather sofas, dining table for six, TV and DVD player, a water chiller and wood burner.
The double patio doors open out on to an extensive private paved seating area, complete with sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and BBQ (Gas not included). The garden offers access to the communal areas and the pools. To the front is a private drive with parking.
Open plan stairs lead to the upstairs landing, with two large airy bedrooms both having their own direct access to a full length balcony over looking the complex gardens and the pool area. The bedrooms are fitted with both air conditioning and remote control ceiling fans. The family bathroom / shower room is also located off the landing.
The house is also fitted with shutters to keep it cool and secure.

Relaxing holiday
Had a great stay, the house had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. David the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us good instructions on everything you need to know and how to find the house. there is drive to park a car in if you hire one so no problems parking. the house has good comfortable beds, settees and is well equipped, the water supply is boosted so you can have a decent shower and there is always plenty of hot water. For us the harbour was about a 25 minute stroll but there is lots of other bars and restaurants with in 15 to 20 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again

Chilled out stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David and Ping’s Paradise. A family of four would have plenty of space here. Everything was clean and tidy. A short walk down to the harbour area for bars and restaurants with a few on the way if your thirst gets the better of you. The pool area which was about 200 steps from the Villa was beautiful. The surrounding shrubs made the pool area very private. You never felt that people in the properties were looking out on you. The pool was still very clean even though we were late in the season. Suzi was an unexpected added bonus at the Villa.

Thanks for a lovely week!
Comfortable and spacious, home from home with anything and everything you will need. Few steps from the beautiful pool which was very peaceful and quiet and not many people around it despite it being the end of August-bonus! Not much around the house itself, a lovely restaurant called Pambi’s and a couple of shops/supermarkets. We had a car so made no difference to us. We loved Pambi’s and visited quite a few times during the week. Overall this was a really good find and would I stay there again? I probably would because there were so many positives however, I do like to give honest reviews and my only issue which of course would be seasonal is that the Air con is on a 2 hour timer and in August with 31+ degree heat, this was a little frustrating overnight as we were woken by the heat every 2.5 hours to get up and switch the air con back on so we were quite tired because of the weeks worth of hot, broken sleep. I imagine outside of peak summer season, the ceiling and stand up fans would be enough to get through the night once the air con turns itself out but they didn’t cut it in August Im afraid. Other than that, I cannot fault this whatsoever! Thank you David and Ping for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Fantastic apartment
We have just finished a wonderful 10 night holiday and are sad to be leaving. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4, our children are 12 and 14. The location is ideal, a short stroll to the harbour and restaurants. There are two supermarkets two minutes up the road and a great takeaway and restaurant on the same road. All in all everything that you need for a great holiday. We will definitely be back.

A great location
A lovely, roomy town house on a great site yet within walking distance of Paphos harbour and Paphos Old Town. There is a well stocked mini market close by and a restaurant. Both bedrooms are roomy with direct access to a large balcony, perfect for a morning cup of tea. There is air conditioning throughout but the units are on a timer, the maximum being 3 hours so the downside is having to reset it during the night. The kitchen has good, clean appliances but is a bit short on oven dishes etc if you want to do some cooking. We booked for 11 nights but no additional bedding had been left for us. I would think it reasonable to expect a change of bed linen for that length of stay. We had to dig around to find more which was a task needing the use of step ladders. We felt the garden was relatively private even though there is a footpath next to it (but it was rarely used) and the garden aspect gets sunshine all day. The garden is well resourced with a dining table, chairs, parasol and several sunbeds. The house does back on to a busy road which can be very noisy, especially at night, a potential problem if you have young children trying to sleep. This however didn't bother us. I gave the property 3 stars for cleanliness. Just to be clear, the property was clean but my score was based on the fact that there were very few cleaning products left for us to keep the bathrooms, toilets and kitchen clean , not even a dish cloth had been provided. Tea towels, though clean, were old and stained. We had initial problems with the TV but after a quick phone call, Rob, the property manager, came the same day to sort the problem . There was very, very little to be negative about and in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to return.

Home from Home
Lovely townhouse in great location, only ten minutes to numerous bars and restaurants and 20 minutes to the harbour. Very well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The complex and gardens are well maintained with a great spacious pool area. Rob and Tracy are very friendly and easily contactable for any questions.

Firstly Rob & Tracy were brilliant, The downstairs floors especially the kitchen need a good deep clean, the bathroom needs updating, security was an issue we were broken into while we were out , through the kitchen window which doesn’t have shutters, the other shutters need attention they cannot be locked properly, the locking pins on some of the sliding doors and windows are ineffective, we had a infestation of millipedes,it was nothing to find 15-20 every night, which came in through any tiny hole mostly around the architraves, the strips around the kitchen worktops where ineffective allowing bugs entry, The tv was a nightmare and when we found a channel the signal would just disappear, very frustrating, we used the property last year and I mentioned that the shower head fell apart when the spray nozzle was adjusted, nothing was done about because it was exactly the same this year. If you want customers to return you need to take note of their comments!

Nice Appartement in lovely garden
The appartment is well equipped, in a very nice garden. Clean and comfortable for 4 persons, 15’ walk to beach and restaurants. Paphos has lovely sandy beaches, Coral Bay is the most popular one 15 min. drive.

Great first holiday in Paphos
Location was great, hired a car so went to the archeological locations and also up to Coral bay beach, our favourite. Perfect size and everything you need to hand. Quiet mature garden setting with great pool.

Spacious townhouse in good location
Lovely two bedroom town house with large patio, situated a short walk way from the main frount of paphos.The town house includes everything you will need for a family or a group of friends to enjoy their stay in paphos. The communal pool is kept clean and is surrounded by colourful flowers and greenery. To make use of the patio at night I would loved to have had comfy seating such as low wicker seating with cushions, the table and chairs are very functional in the day but not very comfortable for night time to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the warm nights. The town house is clean and presented very well. The property Is positioned on a corner plot allowing the air to flow through the house with the doors open in the day which all have sliding fly net doors but upstairs can become very hot at night. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms are on a timer which we had to reset though the night, I understand this cost-effective but when staying in August it was a bit of an inconvenience, the ceiling fans worked well but would of liked the air con to be on a little longer at night for a more comfortable nights sleep. The water dispenser was brilliant ! Access to ice cold water day and night and a lot cheaper than buying bottles of water in packs. Another suggestion would be a second fridge just for cans and bottles as the fridge is quite small so once we had our food in the fridge there wasn't much room for our beers and wine. We have stayed here twice before and the owners are open to make changes and improvements to continue to make this property better and better every year, we had a great time making memories in your lovely town house in paphos thank you from the Jones family

Perfect piece of paradise
Very well presented apartment on a very nice complex which is family friendly and secure. Everything worked and the solar heated water system was a real bonus. More than enough space on the patio for sunbathing. Highly recommended.

Perfect house for a couple or a small family, peaceful location, 15 minutes walk from the seaside.
We had a lovely and relaxing week in Pings Paradise in the middle of October. The weather was perfect, about 27-28 degrees during the day and around 18-20 in the night. The water was 25-26 degrees both in the pool and in the sea. No need to use our pullovers or jeans at all  Location of the property is close to perfect, just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. The area itself is very calm and peaceful. Jumping into the pool was the ideal way to start the day. The house was clean and fully equipped and although we used only the kitchen for our breakfast, there was all the possibilities for cocking, including barbeque in the garden. The instructions from the owner how to find the property were easy and spot on; we found the area without any hassle. The traffic in Cyprus, although left handed, was easy and not too hectic, so for a “right hand driver” as me it was not too difficult and I quickly got used to it. Our mobile navigator took us in our rented car straight from Larnaca to Paphos to the correct address. In Kato Paphos, we found a lot of nice restaurants and bars with food and drinks offered for a good value, our favorites became the set menus that many restaurants offered. We enjoyed just sitting in the bars down by the old harbour castle just relaxing and doing nothing  There is also some nightlife in Kato Paphos, with live music, dancing and even karaoke, but this is not really a party location, more a place to just stroll around and sit down and relax with a drink. For people interested in history there is a lot to see, the old castle, the archaeological park and much more. Water sport are possible, parasailing seemed to be very popular, swimming and diving as well. There is a small supermarket just a couple of minutes’ walk from the property where we found everything we needed. The big Mall is also on walking distance from the property. We would surely recommend this to friends and relatives and for anyone who wants a relaxing and peaceful vacation in a nice and safe environment. Just remember to close all the doors and windows for the night, othervise you might get a visit from one of the cats in the area. The first night we woke up with a cat sitting on our bed as we had forgotten to close the small window in the living room... We will for sure go back to Kato Paphos and Pings Paradise, we are in fact already looking to make a new booking for next year. Cia and Micke 2016

just returned from a week stay at pings paradise,perfect location especially for my 3 year old grandson who spent most of the time in the pool which was quiet and most days we had it all to ourselves.The complex was quiet with no noisy residents infact there were only a few other people staying.Weather very hot so Pambis bar and restaurant ideal as it was a short walk away food excellent. Two small supermarkets also close by. The two bedroom house was clean and well presented with everything you need.A ten minute walk to lots of bars, restaurants and nightlife.We will be returning next year. Eine sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und groß. Auch der private und öffentliche Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt, genau wie der Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Unterkunft
Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist echt perfekt...alles mit dem Auto super schnell zu erreichen. Badestrände, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Promenade am Meer. Dieses Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Inventar war uns auch sehr gut vertraut...Danke Ikea ;-) Der offene Wohnstil und die Terrasse mit eigenem Ausgang zum Pool sind ideal und sehr praktisch...ebenso der Parkplatz vor der eigenen Haustür. Hier könnte man dennoch etwas an der Bordsteinkante optimieren, über diese mussten wir uns jeden Tag hocharbeiten, um kein Schaden am Auto zu machen...obwohl das womöglich nicht aufgefallen wäre :-D Es gibt viele Katzen auf der Insel. Man sollte sich überlegen, ob man die Katzen füttert! Denn sie wird man so schnell nicht mehr los. Sie werden in der Anlage von verschiedenen Menschen versorgt, auch medizinische Hilfe wird gerufen, wenn sie krank sind. Zumindest hat uns das eine Anwohnerin berichtet. Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag genutzt...wobei es kaum eine Erfrischung war. Das Meer war etwas "kühler" als die Badewanne in der Anlage. :-) Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden wieder in das Haus kommen. Sehr sehr schön!!!
