The staff wasn’t friendly, the pool was services and didn’t have any notes on the site, only one towel shower on the bathroom, no hand soap!!

Eldorado Hotel in Paracatu

very nice place, price is reasonable, breakfast was great, very friendly staff. the wifi was terrible, I don't know if it's just that way in the region but I wound up having to get a vivo prepaid cell data plan to adequately communicate, email and conduct any business. Also, the walls seem thin, no insulation or something to that affect. anyone coming and going on the same floor sounded as though it was my door and the floor above, I could literally hear the floor being swept by housekeeping. Other than the two mentioned, great place and GREAT staff.

Maravilhoso café da manhã

A suíte que ficamos era enorme, com uma copa de apoio com geladeira. Além do conforto do quarto, gostaria de ressaltar a imensa variedade no café da manhã. Além das opções disponíveis a mão, ainda poderíamos solicitar o preparo na hora de outros alimentos.

Hotel incrível!

Gostei muito do hotel, quarto com camas extremamente confortáveis, banheiro legal, apenas a privada não estava legal pois tinha um ferro de apoio muito colado que atrapalhava muito. O café da manhã era incrível, com muitas opções e com vista para toda a cidade na parte externa, a piscina não usamos pois estava chovendo, não sei se é por isso que não limparam ela nenhum dos dias. Único ponto negativo foi a segurança, pois entrava e às vezes não tinha ninguém na recepção e quando tinha ninguém nem olhava quando entravamos, também teve uma noite que vi moradores de rua entrando na garagem sem que ninguém fiscalizasse. Resumindo… Hotel excelente, só precisam ficar mais atentos a segurança.

Amei o flat que nos colocaram, nem esperava!

Café da manhã incrível com um molho de carne moida que foi o maior diferencial acho que as hospedagens deveriam adotar o molho de carne moida como tradicional ao invés do molho de salsicha! 😅 nos colocaram em um flat muito bacana, gostei muito da cozinha ainda mais que levo minha air frier para todo lugar e não em um simples quarto de hotel. A área da piscina era muito boa com uma vista linda de Paracatu. Entramos na piscina mesmo na chuva. Só a ducha higiênica que estava vazando que nem uma cachoeira na hora de usar! 😅 a cama era muito grande e confortável.

O hotel é bom, o quarto é nem amplo e a cama é grande e confortável, mas peca em algumas coisas. Só tem sabonete na área do chuveiro, para lavar as mãos tem que pegar na área do chuveiro. O ar condicionado é muito barulhento. O quarto é muito claro, a cortina não é blackout.
