"We had a great stay over the US Thanksgiving holiday and Barbados Independence Day holiday (sheer coincidence) - 11/27 - 12/1. All the positive reviews need not be repeated, they are all accurate. We must say that the light & power plant smoke or humming is barely noticed (if at all) with all else happening around you: mini resort with gazebo, loungers, stunning beach; cruise ships, sailboats, tankers and fishing boats for distractions. The property for us was in a remarkable quiet location immersed in the culture and still secluded by your private apartment. The laundry room is shared by everyone so it gets busy after 9:00 am so start early or late afternoon (3 washers ($5BD coins each) and 2 free dryers). Skip across the street for basic lunch or the light and power cafeteria (parking lot) for alternate lunch options which finishes around noonish or earlier. SeaCat Restaurant was a wonderful experience for dinner (get there early). Lisa was a pleasure to communicate with before and during our short trip. Thanks."

"The house is very well located, you do not need a car. The beach is 8 minutes away on foot, the bus stop is 20 meters away from the house. There are very frequent busses. The house is very clean, you have everything you need; but there are no moskito nets, so we brought them with us, which was a good help. We recommend this house."
