"This is a beautiful home in a great location. Close to grocery, restaurants and activities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My family and friends stayed during balloon fiesta. Quick drive to the field for all of the events. In the morning we could see the balloons from the upstairs balcony. The home is well equipped and spacious. 10 adults and we had plenty of room. My only suggestion would be to add a dresser for clothes in the second/third bedrooms. The room with the two queen beds had a rack with the TV in the closet so there was no where to hang or put clothes. Otherwise the home was great for our needs. Local contact is very responsive and all instructions for checkin/checkout and stay are clear. Would recommend for family get togethers or groups of friends needing a place in the ABQ area."

"We had lived in Albuquerque for years so it was wonderful to return to a full house for a visit. The house was more than we hoped. It was comfortable and roomy. We had no issues at all. We'd recommend it for anyone. "

"Overall, the property was very nice. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor lighting added to the safe feeling of the home. Very easy to locate from the interstate it was a great base place for our tips to Taos and Sante Fe. Many great eating options were very close. "
