The Best Western Plus in Paradise, Pa. was the Best place to stay and provided all the amenities. It's location was very convenient to all visiting places, shopping, restaurant's and entertainments. We did an Amish Buggy Ride at AAA Buggy Rides. The farm tour was so much fun. We ate at Miller's Smorgasbord and shopped while we waited for a table. We went to Sight and Sound and ended a wonderful day back to the comfort of our room at the Best Western Plus in Paradise, Pa.

The price was right, but the hotel interior is very dated needs to be upgraded the room that we had at one time had a leak in the ceiling. The ceiling has not been repaired or painted, and the stains are still in the carpet. The couch had a rip in it and stain it that looked like blood, but we weren’t sure, the pool was cold and the hot tub could’ve been hotter

Best western Paul Revere inn and suites is convenient to many of the sites in the Lancaster, Paradise, Bird in Hand, Intercourse, and Gordonville towns. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and accommodating. I like the convenience of having breakfast included as well as the availability of the buffet from 7 to 11. Quality of breakfast was fine except for the hash brown potatoes, which were awful. They were precooked, perhaps frozen and tasted leftover, reheated and generally of poor quality. In warm weather, the pool area is so nice. The hotel is perfectly convenient to all shopping and theaters. I think I have been to this particular Best Western at least three times and prefer it to other places, even closer to town. I will be returning as I have another reservation in April.

This was our second year in a row staying here. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The environmental service ladies as well. I just think it’s time for you guys to change the carpet. Especially on the first floor. Upon getting inside our room I raced to the window to try and open it, but they’re locked. The room was just so unbelievably stuffy and dense, and I’m not a big complainer either. That carpet is just insufferable, it’s time guys… We got a room change to the second floor for another reason and it was like night and day. The air was cleaner and you could breathe better. I chalked it up to the first floor rooms being used more frequently. Otherwise, this place is a decent place to stay. Not far from stores, outlets, & Sight & Sound.
