Welcome to Paradise! This three bedroom, two-bathroom villa is a stone's throw from Atlantis, the gem of Paradise Island, only a short taxi cab ride away from the Nassau Airport. Located is on 2 levels, the villa is steps to the pool and has a terrific ocean view. Please note if your time is not available we have additional villas. This is the only standalone villa at Sunrise. Our other 2 2 bedrooms listing numbers are

This Villa has been renovated and has Tropical style furnishings. The three bedrooms have very comfortable memory foam beds, premium linens and LED TVs. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second room has 1 King bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins that can be joined to make a king.
The living area has comfortable furniture, with a pull out sofa bed, smart TV -including Cable for sports fans.

For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are many restaurants within walking distance. You can also order food online and many restaurants are available tor online ordering.

Onsite you have Viola’s, which provides meals, bar service and live entertainment (including karaoke).
The world renowned Atlantis Resort is a short stroll down Casino Drive with access to the casino, restaurants, marina village and shops. Daily passes for the waterpark and aquarium are available for purchase at Atlantis, or online. There is a wonderful comedy club at Atlantis.

For your convenience, this villa has a central air conditioning system and supplemental ductless systems for optimal comfort. Laundry access is provided in your villa. Amazing place - amazing location! Family (including 3 teen/20 something kids) stayed in January and the location was awesome. Short walk to Atlantis, amazing beach right off the back of the resort, walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. The bottled water was nice - no need to buy a case of bottled water, same goers for the ice machine. John was super helpful and very thorough! Most definitely recommend!

Firstly, John is so lovely and helpful and gave us detailed check in information so we had the tools we needed to access everything in the villa. This was a perfect spot. It was safe and conveniently located, and we had a relatively less traveled portion of the beach that felt like our own private beach. Donella, the property manager arranged pick up for us from the airport and took us to get groceries. The service and communication from John and Donella were outstanding. If we come back, we will book this stay again.

Enough space for a family of 5 adults to spread out. Pool right outside your door and seconds to the beach! 5 beach chairs provided and umbrellas! Full kitchen when you don’t want to cook. We came to the Bahamas for a family wedding. Sunrise Villa was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed. All the people we meet were very friendly, informative and polite. It was next to the pool and a little walk down to the beach. The restaurant Viola's prices were very reasonable, but their service was a little slow. Our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend them, and stay there again. There is nothing bad I can say about this place.

FABULOUS!!
We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s over the years and this was a pleasant surprise in that it was a bit better in person than in the photos - often it’s the opposite. John (the owner) and Nella (the property manager) were both super helpful and kind - arranged transport to and from the airport for us - with a stop at the grocery store to boot. We were a bit concerned with the recent travel advisories, but Paradise Island felt so safe (you have to pay a toll to cross the bridge from the main island), plus this little resort and the beach only had key code access, which made us feel even safer. Go and enjoy!

Amazing Stay 🇧🇸
This was my family and I's first trip to the Bahamas! We stayed in the Villa and had an amazing time! The Villa and property were as pictured (if not a little nicer in person). We were literal steps away from the beach. Atlantis restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away and there is a restaurant on site called Viola's which was reasonably priced and delicious. The Villa's amenities were great (washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, full kitchen, fast internet, many many towels etc.). We also interacted with John quite a bit who was staying in a neighboring villa and he was such a delight. He always made sure we were happy and we enjoyed our conversations with him! While we never met her in person, Donella (the property manager) was extremely helpful and very responsive. She provided transportation for us to and from the airport and answered all our simple questions. Overall, this was a great stay and would highly recommend it!

Perfect property, perfect location!
I'll start by saying the accuracy of the listing was spot-on! This is a stand-alone villa in quiet little development of maybe 20 total properties. There are 2 large beautiful pools as pictured, one that is quite literally right outside the patio gate of this home and one that is maybe 100 ft of so towards to front of the property. Plenty of lounge chairs available at both pools and on-site daily maintenance. They are both immaculately kept. The beach is incredible. There are stairs down to the beach, as the property is set above. We stayed the 12/31-1/6 and while there were certainly people down on the beaches, you never ever felt crowded. There are locals who walk around, the typical wanting to braid hair, jet ski rides, parasailing, etc. but I do have to say they were MUCH less obtrusive and respectful than almost anywhere else we've been. As for the house itself, the first floor has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. The upstairs has a large master suite with a large walk-in shower, and another bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds. The living-room sofa is a pull-out that we used for our daughter. I would say with 6 adults showering everyday, it would have been nice to have 1 more bathroom, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. The kitchen is nice, with a dishwasher, full fridge, etc. but it is very small. Making big meals was challenging. John, our host was on-site in a near-by villa and was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

From start to finish our stay was amazing. Prior to arrival we received thorough emails about what to expect and suggestions for enjoyment. Donelle the house manager was kind and wonderful. She was available to answer questions and guide my family on this adventure. She was pleasant and responsive. The villa itself was clean and well cared for. PARADISE!
Just got back from a family (girls) trip to Bahamas and stayed here. The location was great as it was easy to get around the island. The pool was nice, there was a restuarant as part of the hotel and the beach was literally in our back yard. There was a grand staircase that led you directly to a sandy beach. The unit had beach chairs that you could use. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
